Car Park Northwick Park Hospital - Harrow | APCOA

Google is asking me to review a car park. Ok. I can only say, it does the job it's meant to do. My visit was only to use the Amazon Locker, located just inside this car park, as I generally eschew driving and parking in London, and did not drive to park a vehicle here.If I was an architect, I'm not sure that I'd have achieved my ambition by designing a car park; alas, someone's got the car parks portfolio.

For the past 10 weeks I am trying to attract somebody's attention in this hospital ( guys in parking kiosk, reception in the hospital and PALS) to the lack of working lights on the ceiling outside the lift on the level 2 of the car park. Nothing has worked so far.

Hard to say you love a carpark. However I used it as somewhere to park for a day in London and an event in Wembley. It was easy to find. You can exit via the hospital which felt a bit wierd tbh, and you need to pay attention to the signs to the Underground. Very convenient, pretty cheap I think we prepaid £10 or less for the day. Manned 24hr also. I'll be using again, and have recommended to friends.

Worst parking. Several attempts to pay by phone - all failed by their own systems. I had no cash and was worried about missing my appointment so couldn’t pay and got fined. Company refused accept my appeal even though I evidenced my attempts at paying. I felt robbed by them. It was GROSSLY UNFAIR I will never park there again. They will never get another penny from me!

Old hard to park because of concrete pillows, not a lot of room between spaces to open doors like most car parks. Except on the roof more space.As long as lifts work. Recently been out for over a week, apparently waiting on a part. 4 flights of stairs could do with better lighting and be cleaned at least.Disabled parking for blue badge holders on 1st floor is free.Also a very rude West Indian / African man who wears a cap mainly there at night.No customer service or respect for people visiting very sick relatives.Charged me twice and then blamed myself arguing not one but on 2 different occasions. I’d been pursuing weekly tickets for 8 weeks throughout my visit. Absolutely disgusting service from this man.

Make sure you carry around a bag of loose change next time your loved one next has to be admitted to hospital because you might miss out on their diagnosis trying to navigate this evil corp's labyrinthine guidance.

I took my disabled friend for an appointmentA gentleman came back to his car in the disabled bay he sat making a phone call.I went over to him and asked was he disabled he replied his wife was.I explained the disabled badge was for when his wife is present in the car he replied “I know my rights”I went over to the parking office they didn’t want to get involved.I went back to the driver and informed of the legalities of the disabled badgeHe replied “I am going to report you for harassment”The disabled section needs to be monitored
