They charge 4k from my friend and couldn’t fix my car and ask for storage charge so f did not get the car back from them also They did not put the part back. They charge all brand-new park which are never been used and took the part cost from him the car write off but nearly 1000 part in his garage.

My wife and I have always used Audi. Whether you are looking for a new car or a used car definitely try Audi. We have always had our car serviced there. Customer service is first class. The new showroom has been completed and looks fantastic, adding to a whole new experience. Customer service again, top class.

This was truly the best service and full valet service I have received. I am very particular and fussy and the staff here went the extra mile for me. From the collect and drop off service to the whole service and valet service they provided. Thank you especially to Flávio and Roland for their support and patience with me which was greatly appreciated.Would definitely recommend Audi Portsmouth to anyone.

This was my first time at the new service centre. It's modern, well laid out, feels safe social distancing wise, the coffee is good and I was well look after by the staff while I waited for my car MOT.The drive in/drive out under cover area is pretty cool too!

Mark Helps is a credit to the Service Centre at Audi Portsmouth.Having had a couple of below par experiences since the purchase of my R8 he sat me down and listened to the level of customer care that I expected.Mark then took it upon himself to stay in regular contact with the work being completed on my car along with recommended work required. His communication was not only 100% spot on but he managed my expectations on timescales. Going above and beyond in his spare time out of hours to ensure I was looked after.Mark is a credit to the Audi brand and his ideas and input on how to manage customer service levels should be heard. Outstanding.
