Great buying experience. Great products. Great customer service. Will absolutely use these guys again for other projects.To qualify, the ordering online was simplistic. The quality of the milling of the MDF was lovely, real clean detail and on the occasion that one of the pieces was slightly off, Skirting 4 U's customer service were exceptional in rectifying the issue and in very good time. This is the sort of business that people should be getting behind during these strange times we find ourselves in.

ExcellentWent to Skirting4u as I had difficulty getting the size of skirting board I needed - they have all sizes. They were as helpful as could be to get my delivery sent as quick as was feasible. I then complicated matters as I decided to add architrave to my order in the hope of getting both at the same time. They went out of their way to get that added to the same delivery and somehow managed it while keeping me informed all the way.Fitter tells me it's good quality skirting.Would definitely recommend buying from here.

I ordered some skirting covers from here. When I opened them I discovered 3/4 were broken. I emailed their customer services department and they arranged and sent replacements for the damaged covers free of charge within a week. The new ones are fine and the customer service has been perfect.

Absolutely love our new skirting and architrave that we ordered from Skirting 4 U. The quality of everything is excellent! There were a couple of little hiccups with a couple of things but this was very quickly sorted by Jorgie, and the customer service we received was amazing. I wish all companies dealt with customers like these guys do. I would definitely recommend them!

I recently ordered my skirting boards and architraves from here. They have a vast selection of products and the prices are competitive. The website is easy to navigate and the product descriptions is informative and accurate. I was pleasantly surprised by the fast shipping and the care they took in packaging my order. I’m thrilled with my purchase and will continue to shop here. Overall – excellent customer service – all responses were prompt and professional (thank you Ciara). I was also being kept updated throughout the entire process.

Need to be packaged with more support. 3 full lengths had to be reglued and one was damaged. Can only imagine this happened in transit as one man delivered it and it was like rolf Harris with that board he used bend. We haven't the time to wait for replacements so went and bought would glue and fixed what we could ourselves. Not painted yet, but makes a lovely difference to the room. Can't figure out how to add pics as I did take some of damage.

All was fine until the delivery, the driver messed up, and during this mix up he took wood that belonged to us. Skirting for you cannot contact the driver, and they won't refund me for the length of wood I am short. A week and a half later, after a 2 hour round trip and more spending at cost to myself I have finished the job I set out to do. With no help from skirting4uI do not appreciate the company saying this is my fault and they won't refund me for what I haven't had because the driver took my order back. Despite me showing messages that the driver had indeed taken the extra lenght and he chose not to respond, lied to his manager and now is away for 3 weeks.Poor really, no objection handling, and poor customer service from their office when trying to offer a resolve (by means of telling me tough luck)

What amazing service by this entire team. I placed an order for Gemini Wall Panel Moulding. I didn't order enough panels, at Skirting 4 U they were kind enough to amend my order 3 times. They did this with no issue at all. I cannot recommend them and their products enough. all 14 skirting boards came and 1 was faulty but the service i had was the best in years sent another one out straight away superb company skirting is top quality would buy again

Beware of the person driving the van with registration KR23RNO, observed the driver today overtake multiple times on the wrong side of the road with oncoming traffic, tailgate cars in front of them, getting very very close.Its not like the driver saved any time either.This is the most shocking dangerous driving I have seen in a long time.If this is the quality of people they employ, its best not to do business with them.
