I got 3 prams cleaned from Alex today . Her service and communication were absolutely brilliant, she collected and delivered them the next day. My prams look brand new, they smell fresh and are sanitised! I 100% recommend her services.

I have just bought an i candy6 in amazing condition, cleaned to such a high standard it looks brand new! Superb customer service! This is my second time buying a pram from this shop, I have also had a pram cleaned. Each time I have been more than happy with the service as well as the quality and care Alex takes with each service. I would recommend the shop and Alex a hundred times over, very kind, friendly and will do her best to work with you on what you need!!

Really impressed with the service and quality for such an affordable price. Alex was helpful and responsive to my questions and even drove to pick up our pram/pushchair including chassis and had no issues with us throwing in a carrier we only remembered as an afterthought. DO NOT USE - CAUSED PRAM SEAT TO BE COVERED IN MOLD!!!!Absolutely awful experience. Arranged for my pram to be cleaned ahead of a new baby. Was told all accessories are included. When the pram was handed over my husband told her everything that was there, including the rain covers, cosytoes etc. which were in a separate bag. She happily took these all away with her. When the pram was returned I noticed the raincovers hadn’t been cleaned. I queried this and was told they’re not included. Not sure how they don’t fall under “all accessories” and also not sure why she didn’t just tell my husband that at the time instead of just taking them away and bringing them back still dirty. Then I got the chassis out and noticed it was still dirty. Plenty actually came off with just a simple baby wipe. Fast forward a few months and I got the stroller seat out now my baby is too big for the carrycot. It is covered in MOLD!!! There was no mold whatsoever on the pram before it went to be cleaned. I have now had to pay someone else to clean it and it and get rid of the mold. I am so, so annoyed at spending so much money and having an awful experience and my expensive pram being left covered in mold because such a bad job was done. The person I have now taken it to to clean it says this has probably happened because it was folded or wrapped by her whilst it was still damp. Do not use this company!!!!

We were going crazy trying to find the right pram for our upcoming baby. This shop came up on Facebook and we're so grateful! We bought an Oyster 3 bundle for an amazing price and what's even better in an amazing condition! The hard work they put in their products is just outstanding and you can clearly notice it. You can't even tell the pram is second hand! Alex was wonderful and explained everything from how exactly the pram works to also giving us great advise for our baby. Thank you once again,we couldn't be happier!
