Awful company. Don't let the advert for 24 hour contact fool you. There is a number, but it'll take you through to an answerphone, and good luck getting a response. Terrible experience. Don't let them into your house.

I had 2 accounts for 2 properties and faithfully paid every month. Foe some reasom, I received a call 6 months ago saying that I wasnt paying and they wanted copies of my bank statements to prove that I was paying. However, it was resolved as it turned out, their accounting/record system was at fault, not me. This week, this company called my son with the same issue. They disclosed information to my son about my account (totally against the data protection act). Again, it was their system that was at fault. I called the company back and spoke to the owner who offered no apology (I was cross and pointed out that no apology was forthcoming even though this was the second time this issue happened). Now two days later, I have received an email saying they have cancelled my accounts. I can see why they are not listed on any trusted trader website i can see. Edited to say in response to the owners reply, there was was no aggressive behaviour. Sarcasm, yes, but no aggression.

Our boiler worked fine prior to this company coming to service our boiler.After they left, the water pressure continually dropped, and we were told that this was because of a part they’d mentioned (a valve).All I know is that the boiler worked without issue, it was serviced by Heat Secured, and now it will not work without constantly having to top up the pressure, which I am not sure is even safe.Had a very difficult time trying to get them on the phone, when I did they put me on hold without letting me know. When finally managed to speak to someone and explain the situation, was just told this isn’t our fault, they never offered to send engineer out on the same day to help us out even though we have a newborn baby and now are left with no heating or hot water. Instead of trying to help us, they just played the blame game.Have now called an emergency boiler repair to resolve the issue.Don’t use this company.

Had contract with them almost 20yrs. Called them as we had no heating or hot water. The Engineer said a valve was required. Engineer went outside and called office regarding fault and previous repair. We were then told we no longer had a contract, it was cancelled in December. (We had a call in December to organise a visit to service boiler, as it wasn't suitable at the time, we said that we would call them to arrange) We just assumed payment was coming out of account as it had done for many years. I had to fit a pump at beginning of lockdown as my partner was shielding and we couldn't risk anyone in the house, they said this made the contract void. They were not aware of this when the contract was cancelled 11 months ago. (Pump fitted April) We asked why it was cancelled and was told we had cancelled it which is not the case and (checked bank and no payment was taken from December) was then told they might have cancelled it. I asked why and they said they maybe had an issue with us which was not the case and very insulting. If there was an issue, we wouldn't have phoned now for a callout. We were not notified of it being cancelled and the person on the phone said they are not legally obliged to notify us so basically we have had not cover for 11 months. What a disgusting attitude towards a customer who had been with them for 20 years. My partner has health problems and we have no heating or hot water and now have to try and get the repair done elsewhere. Over the years we have had problems with Heat Secured but still stayed loyal, especially as they are a local company. I could never recommend them to anyone, this has been a difficult year for everyone and we really could have done without this added problem. My partner was very upset at the attitude of the person on the phone. We have now had a local company out and no parts at all were required, now have heating and hot water.

Payes 14 quid a month to cover problems, and never heard from them at all all year , and when I needed them it was after 5 and no Help! Tried calling them 3 times over several days, when my boiler broke down. Gave up and called a local guy. Heat-Co came round very quickly and did a full check up on it for free. As soon as I can I'll be cancelling this Service"."
