AVOID! Appalling company. This was my first time ordering edible flowers from Westlands and it will be my last. The service is really poor and unprofessional particularly from Coral who deals with online services who decided to hang up on me when I expressed my disappointment. Not a good way to deal with your customers!

I ordered edible flowers for my wedding and they were fabulous. They looked gorgeous in our champagne glasses! Delivery was next day as promised and they kept well in the fridge overnight. Highly recommend.

Called up after a supplier let me down on speciality items. Very helpful and friendly on the phone and went above and beyond to help me get out of a sticky situation and get my order sent out immediately. Very high quality ingredients delivered the next morning. Thank you Westlands. I will be using your services again 10/10

I used this company for the first time to order some courgette flowers as they are hard to find in the grocery shops locally. The experience was unfortunately a very bad one.I purchased online and selected the express service delivery. The items never arrived!Days later I received notification that the items are at the nearest post office and I should have gone there to collect !Given this is delicate fresh items the methods of delivery should be one that ensures the items arrive on time and in good condition and they don’t sit in a box in a post office for days when you have paid for express delivery !Also they refused to refund as the courier online platform advised that I was given the option to collect from the post office up to 10 days later !It’s a shame they have such bad customer service.Still , it’s an incentive to look for a decent alternative that actually care for the customers and try to make them loyal rather than to make a quick buck here and there.Very disappointing!

The flowers I received were absolutely beautiful, and arrived within good time considering I had ordered over the weekend. The flowers were delivered on the Tuesday, and were kept in the fridge under the storage conditions recommended on their website. The edible flowers were being used to decorate my grandmother's 80th birthday cake as a lockdown surprise, and were placed on the next day, ready to be received on the Saturday - Due to lockdown restrictions the cake had to travel (in an freezing cold car) for a few hours. However, even when taking the flowers out the fridge the day after receiving them, I had found that one type of flower in particular had completely started to wilt already and basically disintegrate. As the others were okay, I ignored this and continued to decorate. The day later (Thursday) when the cake was being picked up for its journey, I had noticed the flowers on the cake had wilted so much within the 24hr period, they had basically halved in size. Worried about them lasting the next couple of days, I contacted the nursery to see if this was normal, and I was told to send pictures via email to see what they could do.I did this as soon as I came off the phone, but understandably was only answered the next day as it was around 5pm. However, I was told that it was because I had placed the flowers ontop of the cake to early and they had started to absorb the moisture from the buttercream. This did make sense, however the fact that the other flowers that had not been used and were still being stored in their packaging, in the fridge, and still went the same way was not mentioned.I was told to put the flowers that had begun to wilt in some ice water to try to revive them, which didn't work.In a desperate last bid attempt to save my grandmothers birthday cake, I actually ordered some more flowers, as at checkout, the delivery terms stated were 'order before 11am and take advantage of next day delivery'. As I had ordered before 11am on the Friday morning, I hoped they would be delivered to the address the cake was travelling to in time for them to replace the original flowers. However, I was disappointed when receiving a confirmation email detailing that the delivery terms only applied on orders placed Monday-Thursday. Upon realising this, i immediately sent a second email to the nurseries explaining the situation, as i had been in contact with them about the wilting flowers, as an attempt to cancel the order due to the fact the email stated that ordering after Thursday would mean order processing would only occur the following Monday (in which the event would have been and gone and the delivered flowers would go to waste).Still today, since my last email being sent around midday Friday afternoon I have not received and reply from the nursery, but a confirmation email that the second order has been dispatched and will reach the location tomorrow. The original flowers on the cake all shrivelled and wilted by the Sunday, and the flowers left over still kept in their packaging had done the same, so we couldn't even use these to replace the cake flowers.I have been heavily disappointed by this service. The communication and customer service definitely hasn't been great and i am now even more money out of pocket (which will be wasted).Even after following the websites own instructions for storage, which also stated the flowers should last for 5 days, with no warning about use on food (which is what I imagine their main orders would be fulfilled for) the flowers took all of 24hrs to start dying.Overall a bad experience that has cost an expense for flowers that couldn't/wont be used, and nearly ruined my grandmothers 80th birthday surprise.

Visited for Carter at Westlands and was blown away. The experience was amazing with friendly staff and incredible food over nine delicious courses. The food was out of this world tasty with fresh ingredients literally grown next door, was a delight to be served by Brad Carter and his awesome experienced team who talk you through each dish. Could not recommend enough if you get a chance to go and experience this.
