Used Williams Manchester for a few years now. We’ve always had a premium service from everyone we’ve dealt with. In particular, special thanks to Julian Beranger who managed our recent car purchase. Terrible - arranged to go in to discuss a new Jag F Pace and when I arrived I was 5 mins late just as well as the salesman I was seeing was still with a previous customer. The lady on reception told us to take a seat (waved randomly to back of showroom) and we waited. The salesman became free and still made no eye contact or effort with us - the reception lady asked if he had seen us I said not. Next thing even though he knew we were waiting he sat and worked on his tablet then took on another walk in customer at which point we walked out - clearly if I am not buying top of the range Range Rover he had no interest. Such rudeness and arrogance and a wasted trip for me. Will not be going back.

Traded in (via a separate third party) my E Pace for an XE. Very happy with the new car and came away with a very good customer experience from the dealership. All good!

Really poor service. 10 days ago we left our IPace to diagnose and fix an audio issue. Later that day they called to say it was fixed. Within 2 minutes of driving away we found the issue was not fixed. We returned and the service representative Adam said he would send us some dates later that evening to bring the car back in for a few days, with a courtesy car. It’s been 10 days and we’ve heard nothing from Adam, or anyone at Williams. We’ve called about 4 times a day every day, usually no answer from sales or reception lines. Several times the receptionist has left a ‘very urgent’ message for Adam to return our call but never does. We’ve called Williams central off-site booking line who repeatedly say they can’t even get through to Trafford Williams but know they have very bad staffing issues at present. So now we’re having to pay again for a different garage to fix the issue, having already paid Williams to fail to correctly diagnose or fix our problem. It’s a shame really as whilst there I saw a lovely Defender which I now want to order, however I’m going to have to get it from Sytner Stockport as I’d have no hope of any aftercare from Williams, as many others have mentioned on this review page.

Excellent service received from Kyle Johnson. He was very friendly and helpful throughout. At no point during my interaction with him did I feel pressured into making a purchase. Even though I only came in for a simple test drive - I ended up purchasing two vehicles from him.The showroom was nicely laid out as well - in an excellent location close to the Trafford Centre. Great amenities available - I did enjoy the cakes on offer.

Worst place to buy a car .Few months ago bought my land rover discovery from them and they mentioned they have done more than 150+ checks and the car is perfectly fine .Immediately after that I found a fault in the car and reported the same to them and they confirmed that as the car is under warranty period they will fix soon , also as it’s a 2020 model , my mot was also due . I had given the car to fix the issue and they said everything is fixed .Infront of them I checked the fault and found it’s not fixed . I questioned this and got the reply from their staff mr. Musa ( where he initially stated it’s fixed , when I found it’s not done , changed his words that the product is ordered and will get fixed in 2 days ) .It’s been a month now again and I been constantly texting and calling them .No proper response .If u prefer to buy a car don’t buy from them .Remember they took 2 days to do and mot and falsely claimed the fault is fixed .Buy from any other group .I state again they are the worse .

Extremely poor after service support. Did not look to find solutions to a problem outside my control. Was more interested in justifying it not being their fault. They did not return subsequent calls and ultimately I had to go to a different JLR retailer to find a solution. Not the care you would expect from a high end retailer. I will not be using them ever again.

Five star for the great customer care from your service department. A credit to the dealership especially after experiencing the poor non existent welcome in the drive through. Well done to the lady who took owners hip in the service department, drive through team on the morning of my arrival need to follow her example! Just awful!

I had a very poor experience from JLR from an initial recall issue back in May. The bolt snapped during what should of been a routine replacement and needed a new steering rack. It was near 4 months waiting and during all that time felt a little disillusion with it all. Connor did attempt to help but as a retailer unsure what this venue and part of JLR could do - I was planning on complaining to JLR Customer service as felt I deserved some form of compensation for time. Stress etc. However, I had an issue recently with the media centre radio unit, Jamie Day has been an absolute god send. First time in 4 months I felt listened to, he was in direct and polite contact straight away, he went above and beyond and has single handedly restored by faith in Range Rover by helping me swiftly with an issue. Williams Jaguar at Trafford Park. Very diligent when it comes to sales but leave a lot to be desired on aftercare.Arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment for a final valuation of my part exchange before trade in. The place was quiet with quite a few staff about.No offer of a drink. 15 minutes after my appointment was due I overheard one of the receptionists chasing the salesperson (who appeared to be doing some stretches at his desk) saying “your customer is here”. I had hoped this was a chaser as opposed to the first notification.20 minutes after my appointment was due I asked reception to chase again.After 30 minutes still nothing. No updates, no drink, no customer service. I left.I’d booked the appointment at a particular time because I had somewhere I needed to be. I had therefore hoped that the dealership would keep the appointment time.
