If you are planning on buying a house I can thoroughly recommend Richard to carry out a Home Buyers Report. Richard recently carried out 2 Home Buyers Reports and I really appreciated that he called me soon after the survey with a verbal report and followed quickly with a full written report. Buying a house is such a huge commitment and it's very reassuring that Richard is clearly very experienced and knows his stuff!!

Richard Crookshank was very thorough and we had a lot of confidence in his systematic and comprehensive approach. He spent more time on the survey than others we have seen and was straightforward to deal with. Used analogue measuring which seems anachronistic but with more accurate results. We recommended him to neighbours.
