Martin turned up when expected for the quote. After answering all our questions he gave a very reasonable quote which is exactly what we paid when the work was done. We were kept informed of dates and times and he even asked if he could start the work ahead of time. Martin and his staff were punctual, very easy to get on with, well mannered and worked hard. They tided up at the end of each day. The finished job was of a very high standard and has completely changed the appearance of our bungalow. Martin and his Team rendered and carried out other building works to the front of my home from 26th August to 4th September. The work was carried out most professionally to ensure a first rate job. Martin and his team have recently completed re-rendering my house and replacing gutters and downpipes. We were looking for a company to remove all existing stucco and re apply a silicone render finish. I was passing a job Martin and his guys were completing, and gave him a ring that day and agreed a meeting at our property. Martin was very helpful, and advised us on the best product to use and gave us a competitive price, we then agreed a start date. Just a few small snagging issues but overall very pleased with the finish.Recommended ++++++

I live in a house that needed external modernisation in the Solihull area. I contacted Martin at ICS Rendering and he attended very quickly and viewed the job which involved Rendering, laminated cladding and exterior window chill covering. The quote was very competitive.After agreeing the quote Martin arranged for scaffolding within a couple of days and the job was completed in 4 days.At all times the team were polite, respectful and very professional.
