Holland & Barrett - Oadby

Just been to Holland and barrett to buy HMB, the price was £25 for 10 days supply(a small bottle)Is it any wonder everything is going online.You can get 5 times the amount for £16.Holland and barrett are an absolute rip-off

I completely agree with the last review, I have myself faced the same situation on two occasions just before lockdown and again last weekend... I actually came to write a review and when I saw the last review it's exactly how I was treated too.There are 2 ladies who were working when I went and they kept looking at each other and giving signals felt very odd. They would stand very far from us. They were no help whilst looking for vitamins. Very odd behaviour I have not come across this anywhere else. Will stick to the usual Holland and Barrett in Town. The staff here need to go on customer service training.

During the last 6 weeks My partner and I have visited the Oadby store on 2 separate occasions, we have discovered the staff to be very stand off ish and in-personable. Eyes follow the customers around the store, and at one point I needed some vitamins for the kids, I had a picture of the specific vitamins on my phone, as I presented my screen towards the staff member she jumped back in horror, it was disconcerting. I appreciate in the current climate we all need to be safe and keep the distance but it can be done with respect and care. This particular incident was before the lockdown and 2m distancing.

Terrible service. Twice they have charged me for more products than I have bought. On the most recent occasion I asked my husband to let them know on my behalf and request a refund as I have a small baby to look after. They were very difficult and he was made to feel like he was in the wrong when the mistake was all theirs. Be careful and check your receipts because they have overcharged me twice which makes me wonder whether it is more than just mere incompetence. Won’t be shopping here again!
