She is extremely professional and knowledgeable always happy to answer any questions.I had extreme back pain when I first visited the practice to the point where I was struggling to even walk but I noticed a difference straight after my first session with Henna.The overall treatment, advice and tips have been wonderfully helpful. She has never caused me unnecessary pain and I always had a positive feeling after the treatments. Obviously you should not forget about the exercises she might advise you to do. I visited Henna over several weeks to help with a long-term problem in my shoulder and back. Henna, was very professional, thorough and clearly knew her trade; she is refreshingly matter-of-fact in her approach. Henna encourages clients to continue at home, what she starts in her practice - demonstrating various stretches and exercises I needed to work on at home. She also helped me to better-understand and address, my poor posture and the effect it has on my back pain. I now regularly try to notice how I stand and sit, including now, as I sit with a laptop, typing this review. I have no hesitation in recommending Henna

I have been seeing Henna for four weeks and had three appointments during this time. I came to see Henna after going round the bend with the NHS for four years and was very depressed and had no relief from the pelvic pain I was suffering, had not had a full nights sleep for over 4 years and my bowels were not working properly. In such a short time Henna has helped put me in a much better frame of mind as I am not in chronic pain for the first time in a very long time. I have had a few good nights sleep and I can feel so much improvement in my pelvic floor and core. I wish my friend who suggested I see an Osteopath had spoken to me sooner because the difference is so pronounced. I would have no problem recommending Henna, a lovely warm, compassionate and professional young woman.

After experiencing some discomfort in my lower back due to my work I went to see Henna who was brilliant.
