Very positive experience. The Practioner was very friendly and explained the whole process and risks well. She was kind and gentle and gave information to me throughout the procedure. It wasn't rushed & I felt a thorough examination was made before and after the suction process. After care info was given and I feel I would definite come back again & recommend the service to others.

Booking was straight forward and polite and helpful lady on the other end of the line. Was also seen very quick to my relief as was struggling with horrendous build up of wax in both ears. The lady at the clinic was brilliant, friendly and managed to clear both ears! I do not normally do reviews but in this instance I thought I would. I can hear again!Steve ( Harestock )

Very friendly staff, when I arrived for treatment the microsuction procedure was clearly explained including any potential adverse or side-effects.Having never had microsuction before, I wasn't sure what to expect but it's made a huge difference to my hearing as both ears were completely blocked.I'll be booking again in the future!
