Matt has been amazing from start to finish. He’s honest, straight up and gets the job done. Reggie has always been reactive on walks and as a big dog, it can make him difficult to handle. I started to stop enjoying our walks and always felt anxious of bumping into other dogs and their owners. Matt has given me the tools and the confidence to love walking Reggie again. He’s not perfect and we still have a way to go, but Matt has done an incredible job so far!

Matt is an exceptional puppy trainer, and his dedication has made all the difference on the journey with our energetic cocker spaniel, Lara. His guidance and expertise in puppy training have been invaluable, helping us understand and manage Lara's normal puppy behaviors effectively.Matt's commitment to our puppy's development and his availability for questions and concerns have been greatly appreciated. He didn't just provide training sessions; he also offered video summaries to reinforce what we learned. We bought a package of lessons from Matt to help us with our lurcher puppy (saluki x grey) as we've not owned a sighthound before.Matt has been fantastic for our dog, giving clear advice, feedback and provides video recordings with commentary of the important things we, as owners need to grasp.However, no trainer is a miracle worker and you will need to go away after lessons to practice what's being taught if you want to see improvements.Matt is a good communicator, very clear and will not leave you hanging. We will be booking some top up sessions with him as we are sure his influence has been nothing but positive for our dog and its behaviour is all the better for it.

Matt has a fantastic level of knowledge and each session is personally developed for your dog.Matt was able to teach us how to deal with our dog and recognise his behaviours and in doing so our dog now behaves much better and does what he’s told. Dog walks were previously very difficult and with the training from Matt we are now able to walk without being pulled along.After each session Matt would send a video log so that we could continue to develop the new skills whilst awaiting the next session.Great service all round and Matt is highly recommended.

From the second Matt came to our house- to assess our puppy for training- our dog responded immediately to Matt’s direction- our dog clearly was comfortable, immediately meeting matt and saw matt as a leading influence.Matt goes above and beyond in communication with us as owners to relay best communication with our dog- and translates this information in a clear comprehensible way- tailored to us as individuals.Matt clearly, genuinely cares for the well being/welfare of our dog and we have seen benefits immediately when following his guidance.His guidance comes not only through vocab, but also through direction of how to utilise hand signals. These hand signals I’ve found: particularly useful to reinforce word learning for my dog.Matt also does video footage- with text and word that emphasises key learning we as owners need to practice to see benefits.Matt does his training with passion- but his interpersonal skills shine through- not only with our dog, but also with us as owners- making us at ease and when teaching us corrections that we need to do as owners- he does so in a personable manner that’s done sensitively without leaving you feeling scrutinised.

Matt is an incredible dog trainer who has a wealth of knowledge about dogs and their behaviours. Matt is also a down to earth genuine person whose mission it is to actually see a dog progress in training and discipline, whilst aiding their owners to sustain these good behaviours from their dog. When Matt arrived at our house to do a consultation with our GSD both my wife and I agreed Matt was the one to help us with our dog. We are now 5 lessons in and walking is so much more enjoyable and our dog loves learning and training with Matt and I would honestly recommend anyone who’s thinking about using hound masters to do so! You won’t be disappointed, Thank you Matt.

Matt was brilliant at houndharmony! He genuinely cares about the welfare of dogs rather than just getting the job done. Which as a dog owner all we want is the best for our beloved pets and someone to help us and understand what’s the best for them. He went away and thought about the sessions after and the videos that he takes help in training for at home. Our Dog has come on leaps and bounds with more training to be done by us at home he will have a better quality of life and for us our home life has improved too.

Matt has been amazing and really helped us with training our new Puppy! His attention to detail and understanding of what we needed has been spot on every step of the way! Our Puppy is now a very content and well behaved pooch and we would never have got here, this quickly without Matt. One thing I was determined to achieve was including my 9 year old daughter every step of the way and Matt has done this perfectly, she is confident with our Puppy and never thought we'd achieve this!
