Cryer Surveying were easy to deal with. Their PA is very responsive on email and the process of collecting all relevant information to conduct the survey was straightforward. The lead time from booking to availability was 1-2 weeks which was more than reasonable. The survey was conducted by Glenn Cryer who called afterwards to give a rundown on the main points he had found on our Level 3 RICS survey. The full report was with us within a week and was very detailed and inclusive of many images. You also get the opportunity to speak to Glenn regarding any queries you have once you have read the full report. We were very impressed with the overall service and it was great value for money.

Really happy with the service we received from Glenn at Cryer Surveying Limited. We recently proceeded with them for a Level 3 Survey for a house purchase; the time taken from enquiry to the survey being undertaken was prompt, we received a phone call from Glenn the evening after the survey had taken place summarising his findings and he explained things very well to us and we then received the complete report within 1 week of the survey being done. The report was clear to read and easy to understand and act upon. Overall a very efficient and friendly service throughout.

We purchased a level 2 survey from Cryer Surveying for our current home purchase. The surveyor was efficient, clear, communicative and all for a reasonable price. The survey was booked in almost immediately from quoting thanks to the efficiency of both Cryer Surveying and the vendors of the property. Our survey was on the Tuesday, and he called us straight after the survey to report the main advisories he noticed (thankfully nothing too major) with the full comprehensive report back with us by the Friday. Would highly recommend.

Very thorough and detailed survey (Level 2) with a clear and easily understood report including photos that provided a good guide for the actions required prior to purchase of the property. Also received a phone call to explain the main points found, both good and bad, on the day o the survey.

Fantastic service and great turn around time! We had a level 3 survey with Cryer Surveying who were absolutely brilliant. The phone call after the survey was a great touch and very informative. It certainly takes a lot of tension away from waiting. Our completed report was thorough, included pictures and was easy to follow.
