Just completed my 5th class here and can't recommend it highly enough. All the instructors are great, the lessons are at a pace where its easy to pick up what's happening and the rest of the students have all been super friendly and helpful. A really great place to train.

I enrolled as a regular student. Excellent instructors and very friendly and helpful class. Everyone is trying learn. I am glad that I found this class.Serious training with proper explanation on techniques so that we train hard and fight easy.Linn and other instructors like Peter, Judy all are very encouraging to the students to try, think and execute something different or what works better on a situation.A must try for those who wants to know about Krav maga and practice or contact the team to try for their foundation classes.Self defense is your own responsibility"."
