The SES Group

I have worked with THE SES GROUP on and off for the last 6 years and it is only recently that the atmosphere/moral/self motivation in the leeds office has hit rock bottom. You work on the pretence of Shut up and put up " if you say no to a shift or refuse to wait after your contracted hours then you are penalised. They will deny this of course but I have witnessed it first hand people been taken off shifts. They sell you the dream that the company is getting these new exciting contracts the most recent been DONCASTER virgin depot. This was at the beginning of September were in February and would you look at that no Doncaster. They never mention the fact you have to fuel jobs out of your own pocket so if you have no money thats right you guessed it theres no work for you considering your travelling upwards of 50miles a day eaxh way most companies pay or at least contribute to fuel costs that is a very rare occurence for THE SES GROUP. As for progressing with the company the only way that seems possible is by brown nosing and snitching on every little transgression other staff members do which has led to it been a very hostile environment with everyone looking our from themselves and not been a team. If I could go back 2-3 years I would have been saying the complete opposite the folks I worked with were absolutely amazing they were like a second family. Now it's more like point scoring to see who keeps the work. Sadly THE SES GROUP Leeds office treat staff like numbers on a spread sheet you are not a commodity you are an expendable asset who could drop dead on a job and you'll be replaced by someone the next day."
