This was great for ironing. I am really going to miss it. So sorry to hear that Sharon has passed away so suddenly. A lot of people will miss this service and in particular Sharon,such a lovely lady. RIP. I gave this 5 * but since taken over by daughter following Sharon's death I have been told to FIND SOMEONE ELSE as she will not pick up and drop off.

I dropped this lady brand new curtains from dunelm to be ironed, i got them home, put them up and noticed a big iron burn on one of the curtains corners. When i asked for an explanation Sharon blamed Dunelm! I prefer honesty, this is clearly a domestic iron mark, i wasn't looking for anything more than an apology, im not a penny pincher looking for refunds or replacements i just expected her to be professional about it.Will not be using this service again.

Sharon was great when we were having problems with our washer. Collection and delivery, everything came back smelling gorgeous and neatly folded/hung. Very happy with the service.

I used this service several times and is really good. Sharon is very nice and the clothes are very well ironed. I strongly recommend it. The price is great, fast answers on booking and delivered in 2/3 days.

Used once previously and excellent. Had appointment to use a second time on Wednesday, arrived to drop off 4 pairs of curtains, no answer, not in, sent 4 messages, all read and not replied to and has now blocked me from messaging. Would not recommend, very unprofessional. Would give zero stars if I could.Edited to add- I called Sharon to discuss and stated I had an appointment on Wednesday which she failed to make and had read and ignored my messages... She hung up. Very unprofessional.
