Work and communications are excellent. Cost of repairs was very reasonable. The tickets system is a little clumky, but I knew exactly what was happening throughout the whole process. Recommended,and I would certainly not hesitate to use Electronic Partners again.

They fixed an old (35+years) Bose radio that I thought was obsolete and past help. But fixed no problem, very quick service once qoute was approved. Securely returned and back in use. Will try 'em again for defective electronic kit - I've a Hacker radio and Apple iPod giving me grief!

If I was rating on the quality of the repair of my laptop (battery behind screen of 8 year old Surface Pro Laptop), I'd happily give 5 stars. However, it took around 3 months to get the repair sorted. I was made aware it was due to faulty parts being delivered, and delays with suppliers, but even so, a lot longer than I expected. Luckily I had already purchased a new laptop before I sent my old (now spare) off to be repaired. I'd recommend Electronic Partners as the charges are reasonable and a good job is done. If you need anything done quickly, best to contact them first to get a realistic time frame or try and find someone local if your repair is urgent. I'd already tried this but couldn't find anybody locally that could do the repair.

Excellent service. I posted my DAB radio for repairs and received notification as soon as it arrived at the repair shop. I had access to an easy to use online service to track progress and returns. It was returned securely and carefully packaged. It took slightly longer than expected to get repaired but given the excellent communication this was not a problem. I recommend the company.

Very poor service. Extremally rode staff. I have paid £85 to repair my phone. However my phone is not repaired. I have waist my money. My phone has same issue. Highly recommended DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE RIP OFF. THEY LIE TO YOU. Poor Service DO not trust them ever. I had a bad experience.
