Had a great night atmosphere was great good live music only down side air con not working so was very warm inside

My names drew and I was one of the valets employed recently by Grosvener casino walsall.. I have been working here 5 weeks serving food , pouring drinks cleaning everything and trying my best to give customers a pleasant experience if anyone sees this who I served please complain.I have received zero training for cooking food , using tills and serving customers this was my first ever job experience for that. I begged for half hour training for weeks because I lm expected to cook chicken and other foods without being told it has to be served at 70 degrees or the customers can get food poisoning this I was told by the chefs who are great people who just happened to be there as I start cooking when they leave they don’t have air con because the company refuses to pay for floor boards where it’s stored as it has to be repaired.I begged them for weeks for uniform as people receive it in 2 or 3 days and they ignored me, I told them I hadn’t received a email for my bank details for weeks and they wouldn’t email the company to re send the initial email untill it was too late and everyone had already been paid even though I asked everyday and to boot they didn’t tell me when I get paid either so they knew and still did nothing.They fired me for having a sick day and missing 1 shift in 5 weeks and lied and said I had been late by half a hour twice. They used me and f***** me off. They made me pay for 5 pound of food before they sacked me knowing and refused to even tell me how I’d done generally serving customers. This has left me very upset as I know I was used I’ve tried so hard, did everything right and I’m just trying to come out of a bad time. Thankyou the food is great Phil the valet is and the reception is lovely.

Great casino, large table area, latest slots and a decent sized poker room.Food was hot tasty and fresh.Staff were all pleasant and polite right from the receptionist to the valets, dealers and bar staff.Entertainment was on at the Saturday night I visited and seemed well received.Lots of customers were in during my visit which always makes a good night out in my opinion.TV screens all around the venue showing the latest sports.Large carpark which had security patrol giving you confidence that your car was left safe.The venue was a 5 min drive from J10 on the M6, nearby hotels were The Village and Holiday Inn, again only 5 min drive awayIf this review was informative enough for you give it a thumbs up or like to let other know about the place.

Great experience first time in a casino friendly service

Poor communication and not treating customer fairly. May be Grosvenor policy or the branch. According to our membership card there are over 34249 points on our card, but they refuse to honour the payment. See photos

Remote place that has a good environment, great service from staff and runs quality games. Recommend if your in the area.

Been a while since we ate at the casino and we were shocked that some of the incredible senior staff that we knew well were no longer there. This definitely impacted on the overall experience but having said that, the young team that took care of us were so passionate and tried their absolute best. The food was great as always

Lovely Atmosphere fabulous Tribute Artist's especially Elvis!! absolutely brilliant night for my birthday last week staff are great and Friendly lovely and Efficient Manager called Emma always a great night ONLY DOWNSIDE Food portions Stingy!!! Needs looking out!
