I dropped my car off. And was informed every day with the progress. And speedy turnaround and glade they used oe parts. On the day I collected my car and look around it it looked like how I bought it. Nice and clean. Would use same garage again. I will also mention to friends that this garage was excellent to use. Having asked not to be contacted at the time of reporting the accident for few days as I was away. I was annoyed to be hassled over the next few days re the job. The emphasise always seem to be if I needed a hire car. From the outset I mentioned I did not want a hire car I felt the approach was persistent to have one. Just felt from the outset that they were not always listening to what the customer wantedHowever, although there was several delays the job has been done well at this stage and I hope it will stand the test of time. Regularly updated was nice.4 stars for work etc. Improve the listening to customer and there would have been the extra star.

Very efficient and helpful communications. The gentleman who picked up my car and returned it was incredibly decent, and helped put my mind at ease. A very positive initial face to face connection with the company. I'm very pleased with the work completed. It looks as if it were new. The hire company connection was a little more challenging, but this is a third party company so I won't go into that.

Excellent service from start to finish. Really friendly and helpful people at the office. Was kept up to date with the repairs to the car the whole time and the finished repair was outstanding. Would 100% recommend this company for your car repairs. Thank you!

DLG repaired my vehicle after a rear end accident. They have been fantastic every steps of the way, exceptional customer service, communication, clear updates and exceptional support team collecting and dropping off after repair. My car looks as good as new. They took careOf the whole process and the stress out of the accident completely. Accident date 31/08/2022. After being involved in non fault accident with directline customer. Directline instructed DLG aylesbury to carry out repairs promising a high professional standard of repairs. After 3 months and taking so much time off work and day to receive vehicle on numerous occasions, vehicle was dropped off and picked up on more than 5 separate occasions due to outstanding repairs and unsatisfactory standard of repairs. I even had IAN say he would bring a tool and sort the wing outside my address on the road very unprofessional. An engineer confirmed outstanding repairs. DLG took the vehicle final time and returned it without rectification this time key was posted theough letterbox. I had a quote from a local bodyshop confirming outstanding repairs/incompetent unprofessional repairs. Few bodyshops referred to DLG as cowboys based on my situation which I cannot disagree with. I am taking this further and will be seeking compensation. Photos provided show the poor standard of repairs. Driver side wing not flush sticking out above bonnet line, wing top of driver headlight sticking out not flush, uneven gap between bonnet bumper, front sensors by passenger side crooked not fitted correctly, big gap under passenger headlight driver side in comparison is much better no gap, bumper sitting higher than bonnet line. I have provided photos for reference. I cannot recommend this company to anyone due to the amount of chances they had to rectify the work and the state the vehicle was returned in.
