Acupuncture by Lenka

I’m not really one to leave reviews but feel this needed!For the past 2 months I have been suffering with cluster headaches and the pain has been excruciating. Doctors just prescribed me with the usual strong painkillers which did absolutely nothing! I found Lenka online and decided to give it a try. I had 2 sessions with her in the same week and I can honestly say that since my last session I have not had 1 headache and have been able to return to normality! If I could give 10 stars would!1000000% recommend Lenka!!!

Lenka is very friendly and highly professional. My acupuncture treatment was superb, both painless and effective. For the first time in months my Sciatica was completely eased and I was able to walk, sit and stand without pain. I will visit again and I really can't recommend her enough.

5 stars because I couldn't give 10. Skeptical and scared when I took the plunge to heal from several layers of trauma I was riddled with and couldn't take any more talking therapy. Lenka guided me with love, compassion and wisdom. I can not believe the progress I have made with her help, in such a short time. Lenka is true healer and angel. I cant express my gratitude enough.I have recommended her to every one I know!

I've tried many acupuncturists and find Lenka to be the best so far. Brilliant understanding, always tells you what she's doing and why. Has helped immensely with back issues and headaches. Have recommended to friends and will continue to do so.

I went to see Lenka for a couple of reasons, but predominantly to help with fertility.Lenka has an incredibly calming and reassuring influence and my sessions quickly became something I actually looked forward to in a very difficult time. During my treatments I found myself drifting off to a whole new level of relaxation- aided by Lenka’s beautiful guided meditations. I always left feeling calmer, cared for, more content, and my spirit restored.Lenka is extremely knowledgable, She takes the time, and I mean, really takes the time to understand and get to the bottom of any problems you may have. She goes out of her way to bring to each session new suggestions and learnings to help you on your journey. She’s an expert in all things hormones, nutrition, essential oils just to name a few. Through Lenka, I learnt so much about myself and my health on a holistic level, and could finally say goodbye to some very nasty migraines.I can hand on heart say, I don’t think you could find a more nurturing, dedicated or skilled practitioner to help you get to where you want to get to and I would highly recommend her.I truly believe that without Lenka, I wouldn’t have ever got to meet the miracle that is our little girl. And for that, I will be forever grateful.

Lenka is incredible, her knowledge and skills are completely holistic - not just acupuncture. She's an expert in hormonal health, diet, nutrition, visualisations, coaching and essential oils (I'm sure loads more, but these are things she's helped me with!). I've been seeing Lenka on and off for a few years now and I can't recommend her highly enough. To top it all off, she's a lovely, warm and caring person.

Cannot recommend Lenka enough.I came to Lenka after suffering a miscarriage wanting help to regulate my cycle and prepare for hopefully another pregnancy. I fell pregnant before my treatment actually started but Lenka was amazing at helping me with my anxiety and giving me lots of practical plans when I was struggling with extreme exhaustion.Unfortunately I lost my baby in the second trimester and Lenka could not have been kinder or more compassionate. Again she took care of me and helped me heal physically and mentally through the worst time of my life.I then fell pregnant with twins and she was with me every step of the way. They’re now 6 months and I genuinely miss my sessions. I always left feeling relaxed.When I was initially looking into acupuncture Lenka was the only person who actually sent me a compassionate and detailed reply of how she could help me, and I instantly knew she was the therapist for me. When I first met Lenka I had been dizzy for 5 months with a migraine and she got me back on my feet again when my GP couldn’t.Lenka and her magic needles, essential oils, gua sha and electroacupunture have helped me with migraines, PMT, back ache, chronic shoulder and neck pain, anxiety and helped me to understand and deal with psychosomatic symptoms.Her holistic approach and wealth of knowledge is truly amazing- she’s got me thinking about my well-being in a totally different way and helped me along with an enormous amount of tips for my general well-being.To top it off, she’s a lovely, kind, warm, caring person and a fantastic cheerleader too. I've been visiting Lenka for a few months now and she is simply wonderful. She always takes so much time to understand what needs addressing, and treats with warmth and care. Within a couple of sessions I was seeing results with the issue I went with and that has continued to improve (hormonal cycle stuff). She's also amazing at visualisations, meaning that she has helped my body, but also my mental health, and I am so very thankful for that!I am so grateful to her and cannot recommend her highly enough. What can I say about Lenka? She truly is a gift to the world of holistic therapy. I have been seeing Lenka regularly for over 12mth for my chronic back pain. She has helped me so much physically and mentally. Her skill, intelligence, and bedside Manor all exceptional. Lenka has become a friend and confidant over this time.
