Trigg Hair Studio

Trigg is an outstanding Salon. Fiona is amazing and always makes me feel great when leaving the salon. She is professional and knows exactly what her customers want. I fully trust Fiona and cannot recommend her or the salon highly enough . Ashley Stark

Very friendly and experienced staff. We discussed a lot about how to maintain curly hair which was helpful. I just felt a bit disappointed at the end because they let me leave the salon with wet hair, which seems a bit odd for a professional salon tbh. Also, because the hair was still wet, I wasnt able to tell when asked if I was happy with the cut because of course the hair takes on a different shape. I usually avoid going outside with wet hair as it can be unhealthy, and I would have expected that having paid for the full Curly hair package they would finish drying and also style it a bit with products to help hold the curls longer to make sure it looked good when I left. I had the feeling they were in a hurry to get onto the next customer! I know my hair can take a while to dry, but I would expect such an established salon would know how to dry and style it well, and in time.

I had a great time at the salon. Tilda is amazing and she did a really nice job with my curly hair!

I emailed on the 12th of October using the messaging system provided on their website. I indicated the day (over a month in the future) in which I would need to make the appointment and the reasons (an important event happening the following days). Fiona emailed me back, offering me the wrong date, so I emailed back. She didn't answer for days, then she said to call for making the appointment (what's the point in having a messaging system, if it isn't possible to make an appointment?!) . I explained I was abroad. She again disappeared, just to answer only today that she was sorry she didn't see this message before and now they didn't have any appointments until the 20th of November (so after my event!). Utterly messy and disappointing experience.

A fabulously quirky hair studio; I absolutely love it. The staff is competent, friendly and welcoming. You feel like you are part of the family! If you don't really like those hair studios with blaring pop music on, bare walls and cold tiles which bounce the sound of the hairdryers and make them sound like an army of lawn mowers (hate them!) and are looking for something warm, welcoming and friendly, look no further but check out Trigg. Love their background music as well which is not overbearing and different every time.Now, I have to say, I have horrible straight and flat hair (my mum used to say that I look like a cow's liked over my head.. charming..) but somehow Fiona at Trigg always manages to give me a cut that gives me a bit of volume so that I don't have to use too many products with it. Needless to say that I'm a returning customer. :)Fiona and the Trigg team styled my hair and my friends' for my wedding last year and - believe it or not - I got curls and they stayed in all night!Big thumbs up!

I started going to Trigg a few years ago and haven't gone to any other salon since. So friendly, professional, and they make you feel at home. Alisha performed a miracle in transforming my previous bright red hair into a lovely blonde balayage. The hair stylists are phenomenal. I highly recommend Trigg Hair Studio.

I had a curly hair cut booked with Shannon. She was incredibly kind and helpful, and really gets to know you and your hair! Really recommend this to anyone and I'll definitely be coming back.

Quirky, stylish and relaxed salon with very safe and easy to follow Covid procedures.Fiona and Jacqui are very experienced professionals who are very welcoming. My daughter and I have been going here for years and we love the great ambience, amazing window displays and interesting art displays.I would highly recommend Trigg.
