Fast charge connector is broken

The rapid chargers have been out of use for around 18 months now and as it's the only charging station in the area the slow charge point is constantly busy. No idea why it hasn't been fixed in all this time.

Tried on 3 occasions to use the charger, yet to see it working, really poor service.

Has been out of order for at least several days. Was the last rapid on our drive to holiday in Llyn Peninsula so the charging infrastructure around here is a real issue if you're trying to get around in an electric car away from home.

Be aware that this point charges £10 extra if you go over 90 minutes (and each 90 minute interval after that). Also, I found that the machine itself seems to add a minute once you stop charging. I turned mine off after the timer just hit 89 minutes, and the receipt said I charged over 90 minutes. Thankfully it didn't trigger the £10 though I'd worry if I stopped charging any later!This charging point was in high demand while I was here as it's the only car charging point in the area. While I was here, it was available only half the time I checked. There are four points in the nearby shell parking lot closer to the straits, but they were all fenced off so couldn't be used. One thing to note is that only the Type 2 connector works on this point at the moment, and you can't use the touch screen as that's broken too (starting charging fails each time). In order to use this, you MUST use the genie point website to get this working.My lower rating is that there isn't more points available, the machine seems to be partly broken, the £10 charge after 90 minutes is very steep, and the rounding up that's done by the timing system seems a bit shady. Still, if you need a charge, this is the best you can do in the area unless you have a Tesla.

Didn't work, even though the app said it did. It's still charged me 25 for just turning up.It's at the end of the capark where the exit is, so not the best if you have a large car

Not in operation!

Not happy with the working policies of the company, charging customers extra 10 pounds after 90 min charging. They should charge it in case overstaying after complete charging, just irrational.
