Having woken up one morning to find a long crack on the side of our caravan we really thought we would have to buy a new one. After careful research and some phone calls, Cotswold Caravans were recommended to us. From the start of the first conversation with Jeff it was clear he not only understood the problem but more importantly exactly what was needed to fix it. During the whole process Jeff's communication has been great and he answered all our questions to reassure us. We now have a professionally repaired caravan which looks like the crack was never there. We highly recommend Jeff and his technicians for their expertise and skill.

After having some damaged caused to the GRP side panel of our almost new pristine motorhome and the rear ABS lower bumper panel cracked. We set about trying to find a company that could repair the damage to a very high professional standard. I spoke to at least 5 reputable company’s to discuss the damage and method of repairs. I was not filled with confidence by anyone that I spoke to until calling Cotswold Caravans and Motor Home repairs.Jeff the owner explained in clear detail the options for the repairs, he was able to describe the repair process to me so I was left in no doubt as to what would be done. He gave me a clear time line for the work and was able to take my vehicle in within a week of our first contact.Throughout the process of repair he kept in regular contact and even resolved a couple of other minor issues for me at no extra cost.On collecting our vehicle following the repair it was immaculate and looking like new again. The bodywork repair was better than I could have imagined even down to the fact that new decals had been attached and matched in with the vehicles original ones.I would highly recommend this company for repairs to your motorhome or caravan and cannot praise Jeff and his team highly enough for their dedication to you as a customer and their total professionalism in what they do. The cost of the repair was in my opinion very reasonable and the confidence that Jeff gives you on initial contact convinced us it was worth the 3 hour plus journey from Sussex to Cheltenham for the repairs.

What can I say about Jeff and the team at Leisure Vehicle Repairs. Jeff quite literally saved our holiday. Just over a week before our holiday to South-West France, we had a prang towing our new Swift Basecamp Plus. At first we thought it was irreparable and expected a long wait for Swift parts to come in and obviously our holiday plans to be postponed. However, a few Google searches and I found Jeff's company. I emailed pictures to Jeff and he confirmed that it could be repaired and he would be prepared to get the work completed in time for our holiday! He even arranged collection and delivery back to our home and we were certainly not on Jeff's doorstep! Jeff kept us updated over the three days that the repairs were being done and even sent some pictures. As promised the van was back with us in time for our holiday. I can't thank Jeff enough. Our van is looking like new again. Excellent workmanship. I can't recommend this company enough for the quality of work and customer service.

Really great service from start to finish. My motorhome needed crash damage repairs covered by insurance. My initial contact with Jeff was positive, a quotation was drawn up promptly. I was able to drop off the vehicle out of hours which saved me having to take time off. I was kept fully updated and sent photos. Work was completed in a few days to my satisfaction. A thoroughly positive experience!

Another positive review for Jeff and his staff. I needed to take my motorhome back to him after a problem with the original repair. I had no problem getting hold of him on the phone even though it was a weekend and he had the work done the very next day. It's when things go wrong that you find out what people are really like. I was also pleased that the bill was at the lowest end of his original estimate. Highly recommended.

Jeff and his team went above and beyond for us, when I took my caravan to them after I needed some accident damage repair work.They explained what needed doing and how they were going to do it. Checked I was happy with their decisions and when it was finished, it was immaculate. They repaired some drinks in the bodywork too that needed doing, but actually found several more, fixed them but didn't charge more... all part of the service. I can't thank them enough for what they did. It was nice to deal with a company that prides itself on its craftsmanship and attention to detail. Cheers guys, a job more than well done!

Great service from Jeff, Mario and team. Moved things around to fit me in, as going away in van. Carried out repairs even identified other faults that needed rectifying and didn't charge. Fantastic communication photographs sent showing repair progress. Work finished on time . Highly recommended. They know their stuff.Thank you very much for the repairs you carried out

My caravan had a crack in the body panel and I was unsure as to the cause. The dealer would not investigate this as merely claimed the caravan had been over-loaded or hit a pot hole and so I had to search for a specialist repairer myself. After a brief search I chose Leisure Vehicle Repairs due to the instant reassurance I received over the phone, the confidence I received in their ability to rectify the fault and an unrivalled warranty. This proved a tricky repair, and much more involved than was anticipated but Jeff was determined to find the cause and went above and beyond to not only provide a professional and good quality repair but to keep me constantly updated and informed of the progress. They are a very honest and trustworthy business in my experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others for caravan / motor home repairs.
