I've lived a few miles away and didn't know the place existed. We wandered about for 5 or 10 minutes without attendance and were nearly about to leave when I noticed a door saying kitchen showroom and low and behold there was a gentleman serving a customer, who I now believe to be the boss. He was great, very laid back and collated everything we needed very quickly. Old school business and great value for money.
