The salesperson, Martin Church, had a sympathetic understanding of my problem and acted promptly to find a suitable vehicle. The service was fine and the staff helpful. However, as I had to wait about 2 hours in the waiting area which was scruffy and cramped, and this detracted significantly from my experience. I would advise customers to use the courtesy car or other means of returning home then collecting rather than waiting.
