I had the pleasure of working with KayShe is an amazing personal trainer, and I can't recommend her highly enough! From the very first session, I knew I was in good hands.Not only is my trainer incredibly knowledgeable about fitness and exercise, but Kay also took the time to get to know me and my goals. She created a personalized workout plan that was challenging but also achievable, and is always there to encourage me and push me when I needed it.But what really sets my trainer apart is their passion and enthusiasm for what they do. Kay genuinely cares about her clients and go above and beyond to make sure we're all making progress towards our goals. Kay is an exceptional PT. As my first personal trainer, I didn't know what to expect but she curated a detailed workout plan with a clear personalised weekly schedule to follow- in and outside our 1-to-1 sessions. I plan to get even more sessions with her from January onwards- that's how good she is.FYI: For any guys that are second-guessing- don't. She knows exactly what you need to look and grow stronger.

I’ve trained with Kay on lots of occasions over the years now, and always been so impressed with the patient and understanding way she takes to explain the exercises and the effect it has on my body. Her recommendations have been very tailored to my specific sports needs and injury concerns, and I’d wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a supportive PT. She’s also super fun to work with and has great energy!

Kay obviously has a real love for anything fitness/movement and it really shows! Always one to develop, learn and broaden her knowledge! Definitely someone you want to work with when it comes to your goals as she knows a great deal and what she doesn't know, guaranteed she's working on it!

They say to surround yourself with those who lift you up, and Kay wholeheartedly fits that mantra. I've known Kay now for 4 years and trained with her on a number of occasions. Her work ethic is second to none and anyone would be lucky to have her fighting their corner. Not only is she knowledgeable and super supportive, she never fails to bring the fun to any workout.

Fun, inspiring and fearless that’s how I feel I would sum up Kay. I have known Kay for a couple of years now within the fitness industry. Her knowledge and experience in fitness is vast and varied. She doesn’t give it two thoughts to try out something new and test her bodies ability to perform various physical tasks. It’s not just the gym (lifting weights), but boxing, badminton, climbing, skiing, snowboarding etc I’m sure I missed a few, but she will definitely help you get out of your comfort zone. Kay has also personally gone through injury recovery and through that established a great relationship with her body. She will definitely guide you through how to establish good healthy habits with food and fitness. She has great form and technique, I still to date love watching Kay’s workouts on her socials because she has so much knowledge to offer. So if you are looking for a great coach and trainer I highly recommend Kay. More importantly you will have fun throughout your journey.

I have been following Kay's journey for several years now and, from the beginning, I've always enjoyed her exercise & stretching routines, along with her attitude towards fitness.Movement should never be a chore, it is all about having fun and finding the right things that keep you happy and make you feel good. Kay embodies this completely.She has been a source of inspiration on my own fitness journey, remaining positive even through tough times. Just as importantly, she seems a nice person to be around.It is amazing to see she is now officially a PT, people who want to start their fitness journey in Leeds are lucky to have her around!
