For goodness sake check your billand obtain receipts for newspapers. Our billing has been chaotic and as far as we are concerned we have been charged far too much. We failed to get a receipt for money we paid a few weeks ago and have had to pay again just to get rid of them. It has always been OK until they changed to Morrisons.

It’s a decent shop with a few nice members of staff and a decent post office counter, but the bald headed bloke can be really rude. He is obnoxious, a know it all and completely patronising. He needs to learn how to be nice to customers as it will definitely put people off wanting to shop there.

Made to feel as welcome as a fart in a lift and as useful as a choclate fireguard.Obnoxious unhelpful staff when wanting to post out parcels and you can guarantee will always be a queue even when the shop is empty.Oh always well stocked probably because they never sell anything due to being more interested in bunking off in the back room or having a nice chat.Shocking place no wonder One Stop went bust and this company owner will go the same way with the workforce in place here.

Absolutely disgraceful, waited 20 minutes to be served, one women running a post office & the normal till, why the other stacking shelf’s not caring. This has happened 3 times to me now and I’m sure everyone else is feeling the same way who’s experiences this. it’s obviously not working out! the same line for the post office blocks all the Isles so People can’t even shop.

As if I’m stood waiting in a queue for the lady to serve someone for cash back who was not even in the queue when there’s literally me next then 5 others behind me, must’ve been a VIP to be able to jump the queue. Put everything back and screw considering you guys again.
