Sophies Cleaning Company

Apparently cleaner had collision on way, which was unfortunate. However I sent later message about another time and had no reply.

Absolute waste of money.The clean was so bad that my letting agency had to provide another cleaner and of course we had to pay for it. I paid 294 GBP to Sophie's. That is a lot of money for spider webs to be left obvious and mold to be uncleaned on the washing machine. (among others).I highly do not recommend this company. save your money and stress.

My Dad ( 86 ) has plodded along doing all his own cleaning since the start of the pandemic, a year later he definitely needed some help.Sophie’s cleaning turned up promptly at 9:30am and didn’t leave until 2pm after going above and beyond what we expected, including making his bed and helping him hang the washing.He said “They’ve just gone at 2 o’clock - they’ve done a brilliant job - I have no hesitation in giving them 5 gold stars if you are asked. Immaculate fridge and microwave. I would definitely use them again, they were superb, it has never been this clean. Thank you.” Gordon McIntosh - Ovingham.

Great customer service! Sophie's cleaning company booked me in at such short notice and where very understanding with my situation. I am so pleased with the clean carried out and will not hesitate to recommend to anyone I know. I will most definitely be using these ladies again as they were also very friendly and genuine. Sophie's did a great job for me. They also ended up charging me a bit less than they estimated.First: very nice people, were kind and helpful to arrange the clean/key dropoff and pickup in a convenient way for us both.Second: their work was very good, it was a move in clean for me and the apartment looked vastly different after the clean.I would recommend and have already recommended it to my close friend.

We have a clearance firm and our customers often want the property cleaned afterwards but we don't specialise in deep cleans so we always use sophies cleaning company and they haven't let us down once in about 50 plus jobs. The staff always do a great job and no stone is left unturned which is why we always use them. Highly recommend!

Two young ladies arrived promptly from Sophie’s cleaners to do a one off thorough clean of my empty house, ready for the new buyers. Everyone looks young to me, but these two ladies looked IMPOSSIBLY young! However, any early misgivings were short lived, as they proceeded to tackle all the rooms with very considerable efficiency. They have done a superb job, can’t fault anything. The house is spotless and they were a pleasure to have around. My husband and I were tackling the garden during their visit but I was more than happy to leave them working in the house, in fact we were so relaxed that we left them altogether at the end of the clean. Highly recommend this cleaning firm, they did exactly what they said they would do and I am delighted with the result. My initial telephone call was answered by Sophie who was very clear & efficient. Despite the booking being about 6 weeks before the clean, everything was exactly as she said it would be. Would definitely use Sophie’s cleaning company again.

Don’t employ this company they’re a disgrace I paid £307 for a deep clean of the home I was moving into and ended up having to do it myself after they had left. The kitchen was the worst. The photos speak for themselves

I used Sophie’s Cleaning Company for the first time following a permanent relocation.Tammy and Helen arrived on time and we’re very friendly, polite and professional. They had so much to deep clean and worked incredibly hard for 8 hours.I would like to thank Naomi who was responsive from the start and Tammy and Helen who were a pleasure to have in the house, and undertook top quality cleaning.I would not hesitate in recommending Sophie’s Cleaning Company to friends and family.Naomi, Tammy and Helen - thank you for your hard work and support at an already challenging time!

Where to start...Enquired about a deep clean, woman on the phone was very rude and short with me. Regardless, my partner decided to book them in (my gut feeling was that we had made a mistake). Date was booked in, and the day before, they canceled on us. We rebooked another date that convened them, and were guaranteed that it wouldn't be canceled.For the second attempt at getting Sophies Cleaning Company in for a deep clean, my partner and I emptied our house of all its contents to make it easier for the clean to happen. With all our belongings out of the house, 10 mins before they were due to arrive, SCC cancel. They did this over text, and wouldn't respond to our calls. After consistently ignoring our calls, they had the audacity to suggest another rescheduled date via text!Moral of the story, avoid at all costs. Don't waste your time with them!
