Arranged viewing of a property and and called to confirm viewing and they said no record of the booking. Rang back to confirm viewing for 11am. Waited outside property for 45 minutes to then have another couple turn up to view the property. Advised we would like to pay holding deposit and agent said the office would ring as we were first to view. No call received so rang agent to be told that someone else has paid the holding fee so cant have it. Really poor communication and let down as home was ideal for kids school and service was shocking.

AVOID AVOID AVOID.Awful service from start to finish. Paid my holding fee and didn't hear anything back when I was supposed to, I had to get in touch weeks later to arrange signing a contract. Reported a broken light in my bathroom 4 times; it flashed so badly I couldn't turn the light on. 9 month down they still hadn't even sent anyone round to take a look. Numerous issues with aggressive threatening neighbours, apparently did send them a letter but never informed me of this until a few month later when I again reported it so spent months in fear. Moved out of the property a month ago, wouldn't meet me at the property on the day I moved out and have ignored all emails sent regarding my deposit. Now having to seek legal action just to get the deposit back. Save yourself the time and effort and find a competent letting agent with some actual customer service.P.S. most of the reviews are from staff and their family. The fact they can't get positive reviews without writing it themselves says it all.

LetsNOTmove Residential – Property Made DifficultI signed an agent contract with Letsmove to ‘manage’ a property that I own. Unfortunately, they never fulfilled this at all as the service provided was abysmal with numerous issues including:1) Not adhering to the terms of the the agent contract signed by Letsmove and myself.2) Constantly having to chase them each month for rent contractually due to me. They eventually paid this, on a piecemeal basis, weeks or months later but only with great reluctance.3) Numerous large accounting errors.4) Very poor communication, especially the notorious Gordy P (Gordon Parker).5) Front-line staff who didn't care.Due to this fiasco, I eventually raised a complaint with The Property Ombudsman, as I wished to terminate the contract, receive all money owed and transfer to a new agent. This, eventually, resulted in my complete vindication with all money owed to me being paid and an additional fine of £750! levied on Letsmove due to multiple breaches of the Property Ombudsman’s code of practice.My advice to any landlord is DO NOT employ these charlatans under any circumstances as it will only lead to a massive amount of stress and frustration over a substantial period of time.

Every time someone says they will ring you back they never do. I never received my month in advance back or any of the deposit I put down. The flat had issues that legally should of been sorted but they just say I'll have to speak to the landlord"

I am still waiting for the refund of my rental holding fee of £230, twelve days ( I believe they have 7 days by law to return it) after being refused for their property 4 Sidlaw Avenue in Preston Grange which has been on their books and empty for around 18 months. We easily passed their checks but for some unknown reason the landlord thought we were living above our means. The property is very dated but we agreed to take it due to the fact we had sold our property and needed to get out quickly. Since then I have rung and emailed several times and been told by LIZ that the money would be refunded that day but I am still waiting. I have today informed their TPO about this matter

Absolutely useless. It took over two weeks to get potentially 4 viewings, albeit over Xmas. Only one person actually turned up and this was only because of her due diligence as she knew the area. I was absolutely gutted to lose her as she’s found another property during the two weeks she waited. I really can’t state how awful this company is. The only saving Grace was that the viewer said she found Liz to be very nice.

All I can say to all new tenants trying or planning to rent Letsmove properties is AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID,AVOID, AVOID find yourself another estate agents with good reviews and good customer service. This is the worst estate agents I have ever come across in my entire life. Quite frankly I am not sure how they are still running the business with the 2.7 google rating reviews. Keep avoiding as much as you can. My door has been broken since August 2022 and now we are in November still not fixed what does that tell you about the estates agent and the landlord. Poor and they don't care as long as they can go home and they can lock their doors nothing else or anyone matters.

The process of referencing is unnecessarily complicated. I applied for renting a property with this agency. I was asked to provide documentation for me and my partner and for a guarantor for my partner. I provide all the required documents, yet my case was not dealt with professionally. They kept telling me that they will get back to me but no one did. I didn't listen to the reviews here and I payed the price with my time and my wellbeing. The manager Lucy" have refunded my holding deposit after I asked them for it
