Very good service. Replaced damaged screen for my Garmin Edge 1000, when I received it back, it didn’t take a charge, but they diagnosed a connector not replaced in error, and offered to send me free return postage to rectify. Got my device back in 24 hours, now functioning perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

I sent my Garmin G8 in for a new screen. Didn’t hear anything for a few days after I knew they’d got it and then all the emails came in a rush. Payment very straightforward and prompt return by tracked mail. Repair quality looks excellent.Will use again.

A tad disappointed as it took 6 weeks just to change a battery in my Garmin. They kept me updated and I was told the battery was coming from Germany, but it appears to have been dragged out somewhat. Shame really as they came highly recommended.

I sent my sat nav off tomtom6250 for a new screen on Wednesday and had it returned by Saturday all done and dusted. Great service and a reasonable price, I would have no qualms using Nutzzelectronics again or recommending them to anyone for a sat nav repair.Many thanks Nutzzelectronics.Phil johnson.

A repair of two halves.My GPS received back working perfectly. No report on what had been wrong with it originally.The downside. It took five weeks to repair. During this time communication was very scant and only seemed to materialise if I motivated it. The price? I have nothing to compare it with.Would I use the company again? The jury's out on that one.Bill Cook

TOTALLY AMAZING SERVICE.. I had a fault on my TomTom GO 5100, which is no longer supported by TomTom. I contcted Nutzzelectronics on a Friday afternoon, describing the fault. They replied promptly saying it could be repaired with a 12-month guarantee for the very reasonable cost of just £30. Sent the sat nav by post the next day, Saturday. They emailed on Monday to say it had been received and later that day to say it had been repaired. Sat nav returned via Royal Mail (Tracked) and I received it early Thursday morning , fully working. What amazing service - prompt, very reasonable charge with excellent communications. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Charging port on Garmin not charging.Contacted Nutzzelectronics easy to follow instructions. Sent, repaired, returned all in a few days, absolutely no hassle what so ever. Highly recommended. For me, not a great experience. After sending the parcel it sat in the post office for two days, there was no easy way to contact the company. They didn't answer the phone..at all, took days to email any updates. I also asked for the battery to be renewed. In fairness this wasn't quoted for but I'd have been happy to pay had it been fitted. The repair itself is good. The customer service and speed...dire. I could have paid £10 more from a competitor and got a 3 day guaranteed turnaround. Sorry, I wouldn't use this company again.

5 star service. I was a bit apprehensive about sending my Tomtom but I can’t fault the service. I got an immediate quote for the repair. You get emails for every stage of the repair. Fast turnaround. Well packaged when it gets returned and comes back special delivery guaranteed. Would definitely recommend.

This company is by far the best that I have ever dealt with for anything.I sent my Sat Nav off on Friday & got it back fully fixed on the following Wednesday.That's 5 days including the weekend.Absolutely Fantastic. I am now a customer for life. Great Great Great Service.
