They wasted our time with empty promises, failed to do anything useful, failed to send an invoice, and they're currently failing to pick up the phone or respond to emails. Not recommended.

I started my business in May and required a website. Finsbury Media have been instrumental in designing my web/landing page. I was able to meet them on a regular basis during the set up and they continue to give support and advice to help with my blogging. I have no hesitation in recommending the people and the service.

Seo services.They have a 'Tick list' of items to do for your £360 a month fee, MINIMUM!. They will not assess your needs individually, just go through the tick list of items they need to do as a minimum for your website.After raising issues with Finsbury Media, they will not reply to your concerns (unless a payment is late). They will just send monthly reports of how badly their improvements are doing, along with the bill. Never call you with why it's not working and how they plan to improve the results .The implementations they make to your website are things you can do yourself very easily, with a little research. Don't forget this is something they don't want you to achieve (top Google ranking), as you won't want thèir services any longer. So they will trickle you little improvements IF ANY! Bit by bit as your paying them your hard earned money. As a result, paying for further months of little improvements as they ensure you the results will come. They used an example of a Plumbing firm they represent for advertising in London, who are number 1 in the Google search".Save your money

After contacting Finsbury Media to help with me with both a new website and some marketing, I can't thank them enough. I spoke to Chris Spencer, one of their sales chaps and guided me through the whole process. He gave me a website theme so I knew in advance what my website would like. He then talked me through the pro's and cons of using the internet to make money for my busineess.I had no idea that it was not an instant fix, we discussed competitors, my products, budgets and how I could launch my business online.I've spoken to a few agencies and all they wanted to know was my budget. We initially contact Finsbury for SEO services and we quickly realised that our website wasn’t good enough. As an IT company, we know the technical side of websites, however design and marketing is something we were lacking on. Finsbury have been excellent from start to finish. Finsbury media have been a great resource for us as a business over the last 18 months. Chris and his team are always on hand at the touch of a button for a skype chat or video call as well as regular weekly meetings to keep a close eye on our Google Ads, Social Ads and SEO content. I would highly recommend them to any business looking for expert marketing advice or a new start up, well worth the investment!

Finsbury is made up of a group of lovely people with the best intentions, but unfortunately poor communication and a lack of quality project management lets them down. After spending almost 9 months building my company’s website from a Wordpress template, they still weren’t able to get it up to a decent standard - forcing me to take the helm on the design front and handle the build myself (something you would not expect to do after securing the services of a design agency - especially if you’re not a trained developer/designer…).It can take up to two weeks to hear back from them after providing feedback and - when they finally do get around to acknowledging your notes and implementing the changes - the work is sloppy and it is obvious that very little thought has gone into refining those ideas.The project managers and developers are clearly overworked, which means they aren’t able to allocate sufficient time to each client - which is extremely detrimental to their workflow.I had debated not leaving a review, but I feel it only right to ward others off these guys - especially considering their aggressive cold calling strategy. If you expect to get a website up and running quickly and to standard, I would not advise going this route.To the guys at the top, either hire more staff or stop with your aggressive client acquisitions strategy - you don’t have the infrastructure to sustain your workload.

These guys started off well but took on too many clients too fast and as a result they could not cope. Would not recommend.
