The centre was fantastic in the adoption of our cat Skippy. They made everything easy and simple and all the literature they gave us was informative and helpful. Skippy is now enjoying having a big house to run around, though I think she is looking forward to going outside to chase the birds!

All i can say is what an outstanding service and care staff and the vet was outstanding with there compassion and care . For our cat after a bad visit to a private vet who didnt care and charged £213 pound to dont nothing to help .

All the staff dealing with Spotty" now Poppy were very caring as she was a nervous and frightened Border Collie. It is close coming up to two years now

Completely useless. I’ve just phoned to report a cat wondering around outside the Queen Elizabeth hospital by the bus stops, and just got through to this automated response line that gives me a load of options to choose from that don’t really match what I’m talking about, then when I choose one I just get another load of pre recorded information that answers nothing before being cut off. I hope that poor cat’s okay and gets any attention he needs no thanks to you lot.

I used to donate regularly to this organization as an animal lover myself, but not anymore, we had a dog that had been abandoned and starved she was literally a bag of bones, they couldn't careless, no one wanted to know, it was a nightmare to get to speak to anyone, when we did eventually get to speak to a human being they fobbed us of with useless contact numbers! A complete waste of time, they advertise on the TV but when it comes down to it they simply don't give a f... !!!!!

Me and the wife recently adopted a beautiful dog here recently. The staff were amazing offerd endless help and support even now weeks after the adoption. We were always greeted with a smile and welcoming arms.. really can't praise this place any more there doing great things for animals in need

I would give them zero. Nobody even spoke to me, gave me another number and cut me off. That number did the same gave me wild life number and cut me off again. I was going to report a neglected cat who I think is dying wasn't able to do that. It appears they don't care, it's a shame.I don't know which RSPCA it was but very poor poor I would say no service at all.
