Easy to book and collect with competitive price.Did advise excess had went up that day as I collected vehicle (I hope this wasn't a sales tactic).Van in good general repair and clean .Would use again.

Im a little late writing this review from my experience returning a car to this branch back in August but Rob Black at the Hamilton Enterprise branch deserves a very well earned mention for his impecable customer service.I had hired a car from the Heathrow branch which i was not 100% satisfied with and he couldnt have been more supportive in rectifying the situation. Despite my complaints having nothing to do with his branch he went over and above to resolve them and even gave me a lift to the train station. He is a real asset to the branch and the company as a whole and has restored my faith in Enterprise for future rentals.

We had a breakdown of our car and needed to make a trip down to England asap. The lady at reception was very courteous and extremely polite. She had a alot of empathy and was very helpful. Made us feel at ease and gave exceptional customer service around 12.20pm on 24th June 2023.Despite branch being busy she helped us get a car sorted in no time and at a very good price. I will definitely be back only due to this. Lady deserves a pay rise. Couldn't remember your name but keep it up !! All the best

Fabulous service with a great team, all of whom were willing to help and solve problems. Hired a small car for 3 weeks. Didn't like the first one after one week. It was exchanged immediately without query or hassle. Easy return and refunded one unused day. Most impressive and great website too.

Had to use their car hire when my own was unavailable. Easy enough transaction and staff were helpful, but not a lot of choice available, especially in the lower price range for people who need a cheap car fast.

Overall decent service and good van for the price, however was not clear on the website about a £200 security deposit and was slow to collect van, also branch not open on a Sunday so had to pay extra day to return van at 8am on a Monday morning.

Excellent service from the guys in Hamilton branch. Van was great and no issues from booking van to returning it. Will use these guys again no problem.
