Booking my vehicles annual service and MOT was made so easy by a very pleasant operative.I received courtesy call 2 days prior to appointment to confirm it and to explain procedures.Paul the very pleasant pick up driver was spot on time.I was kept up to date by Kim who was also very pleasant.Yet again everything went like cockwork.And a big word of praise to Kim and Paul who are a credit to themselves an Stoneacre Suzuki Newcastle

I’m so impressed with this garage, first time I’ve bought a distance car. Neil was so helpful and had such a nice way about him. I didn’t feel pressurised into making a decision. He was so patient and went out of his way to explain things. They delivered it to my door and Anthony took his time to go over everything in the car, which took a fair time! He even patted the dog! Please don't buy a Cosmetic Plan or Tyre and Alloy maintenance plan they are not worth the paper they are written on. We have lost £833.34.

Absolutely disgusted , angry and very upset at the service received from this garage when trying to purchase a renewal mobility car .Visited the garage on sept 16 th and ordered a Mazda with upgraded payment .Called to chase the garage on Monday 13 th nov on delivery and was told the sales person Hannah had not put it through the mobility system but they had the car there and asked me to attend the garage to redo paperwork .On attending garage on Tuesday 14 th re completed all paperwork .Only then to be told the car I had originally ordered was no longer available in Motobility scheme and I would now have to select a lower model and pay more money .Absolutely disgusted that the lack of customer service and their process has now caused me to not get the original car snd now having to look to get another one . I would not recommend this garage ever

Came on 27th October for my CX5 Service and 1st MOT. I love this dearship, been coming since it was an independant, 'Hodgsons'.Looked after really well by Kim, kept updated regularly, knowlegeable and friendly, we even had a liking for the same interests and music. Thank you Kim, well appreciated.
