Terrible service hired equipment and paid for a Saturday morning delivery of them. Nothing arrived and when I spoke to someone on their live chat feature they told me they could not help till Monday unless I called the store. Called the store and was just left on hold for over half an hour the cut off. Ended up getting a refund on Monday and going elswhere

Considering These folks have a nationwide company , their organisation couldn’t be any worse .Can’t hire in store . So have to use the website.Website says items available. Then get to store to collect . Items have been changed to poor quality alternatives due to not having them in stock. Didn’t even add the transformers to amended order .Then required to order more transformers online . On a separate order .Apparently lads behind the counter can’t help.

Just spent over an hour trying to order equipment on the website. Shocking. Keeps losing the order before you can checkout. Given up and will go elsewhere.

Did a training course here. Staff were friendly. All necessary precautions were taken and the course was completed very professionally. The amenities were reasonable and well maintained.

Would like to give more but the customer service is now shocking having to wait nearly 30mins for someone to answer a call about a query. Also took nearly 2 weeks for HSS to process the refund of hire deposit, and that's before it even hit my bank. Pushing people to use online is ridiculous when you are working or haven't the time to be scrolling on phones, or haven't a good internet service depending where you are.

Still waiting for a refund of over £100 for returned sand paper after floor sander rentalDespite being told several times I would receive a full refund for sand paper that wasn't used clearly someone didn't bother to actually check what was used and claimed I hadn't returned anyAll phone calls go to voicemail and no one returns my callsWill report if not sorted ASAP
