Looks like a Flat roof" estate pub and that's what it is. The beer selection is uninspiring and the place has seen better days

A casual pub, friendly, and quiet place to have a drink and chat.It is wheelchair accessible, and has outdoor seating in the beer garden, with a secure child's play area.All the locals seem friendly, as do the management.

Fantastic pub. Great atmosphere with a superb beer selection. Staff are very friendly. I called up with little notice to get 5 of us in for the Sunday dinner. They managed to fit us in and were extremely friendly on the phone. When we arrived, the friendly atmosphere was there with again a great beer selection. The Sunday dinner was fantastic and plenty to go at. I'd definitely recommend it and we will be back. A special mention should be made for the staff who definitely add to the experience.

Recently refurbished, unfortunately, big opportunity missed as they didn’t include anything for the kids, no soft play or indoor games and anything for the kids outside in such a massive garden. Disappointing. They just improved the food offering and the atmosphere a bit, targeting the same old clientele…. Landlady was a bit rough, no welcome, just ‘what do you want? And ‘is that it? … not coming back any time soon
