Service was good, but the food was not. chicken wing cremated and dry burger was greasy and the money I paid not worth it in my opinion will not go back again.

Just popped in for a drink on a wet and grey afternoon, so the sea view wasn't at its best. The staff were fine and the atmosphere a bit lacking as there was only one other customer. What really lets it down is behind the scenes - the route to the washrooms feels like an old hospital, and the toilets themselves are very dated and in need of a refurb.

The customer service is very nice and kind, but the food is tasteless. The steak is served without any proper sauce - when i asked for it they served me with ketchup and others in single packs. Perfect tasting beer as this place is a way better for a pint of beer in a summer day rather than for a sunday branch with family.

Sunday night karaoke is great fun. Food is good. Service is very hit and miss due to clear staff shortage.

Absolutely shocked at the prices and trying to get served at the bar, we waited 15 mins for someone to appear at the bar, as for your wheelchair acces what a joke, my friend got dumped in a foya for ages I ended up going to look for her, the socal staff that was meant to help her couldn't be bothered to move the ramp from one set of stairs to the next, it's really piss poor service

This is the Suncliff Hotel not the Overcliff Pub. I sent to a funeral wake. Food was superb as was the service and helpfulness.
