Bought a Hp Laptop.It came dripping wet.Was told to wait till end of lockdown, waited and now said too long. Was told to check terms nd conditions.No refund. Even though laptop was wet on the inside.As a business this is disgraceful.

I bought a Ford Focus from John Pye in Plymouth a couple of weeks ago not realising that collection would be required before 4pm the following day but after speaking to the Supervisor John he very kindly arranged to meet me at the site after hours on the Friday as I would be travelling from Yorkshire mid afternoon to collect.Thanks for you consideration.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The electrical items they sell are DANGEROUS. I bought a hover board which was so dangerous it nearly killed myself and burnt the house down. Their “customer services” couldn’t have been less interested so I am going to be taking the case through solicitors. These people need to be brought to justice !!!!!
