Best service ever!! I had broken a tap that would not stop running. As opposed to charging me an emergency call out fee to come out and stop the water (it was 8pm Friday night) they guided me on how to do it over the phone with no charge! Of course once I had ordered the new tap and it was ready for installation I called IQ Plumbing and a beautiful job was done for a good price. Prices were much cheaper than other emergency plumbers in this area. Just perfect, will definitely be using services again.

We took advantage of Steve's emergency service to fix a bad leak in our bathroom. He arrived within an hour, at about 10.30pm and fixed the problem. He left a small drip from one of the pipes, saying it might stop by itself and if not call him and he'll come back and fix it. Fair enough, it was late by then. It didn't stop, we called and texted a few times, he didn't respond and didn't return. He charged £140 for labour and some small parts, reasonable I guess, compared to another quote I received. But now we have to have someone else come and fix the dripping pipe. He's not based in NW3 BTW, we called him as that's local to us. He's based in Rickmansworth.

Steve's been an absolute life saver... had an issue with Saniflo, before I was even able to leave a message I had already a call back... he talked me through a few steps over the phone and took his time and listened to me in order to try and find out the exact issue... all this at almost midnight...he then suggested one thing for me to test/do and...: problem was solved!!!All the other companies i had called prior to Steve, didn't even want to listen to my description of the issue, only wanted to send someone for money but couldn't guarantee they would find a solution... I am so happy I called Steve, saved me a lot of money and a lot of worries

We had an issue our plumbing for a year and after using several plumbers, none were able to identify and fix the problem. I asked Steve to look into in and within 24 hours managed to solve it. Easily the best plumber in the area!

Wonderful and prompt service, would absolutley use again. After discovering a significant leak we called Steve and he managed to come within two hours, despite having a number of appointments. The problem was quickly and cheaply fixed all with friendly service.

The plumber was amazing! I was surprised how quickly he responded. He said he'd be at our flat in 15-20 min and got here in 10. He was super friendly and definitely knows his stuff. I've had experiences with workers who would rather patch problem but he fixes them correctly so that they last for a long time. He was very honest, fair and trustworthy.Most importantly, I will definitely call him for any problems I have in the future.

Highly recommended tradesman! Steve is an honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable professional, he wasted no time when facing with a challenging drain blockage. Prompt, glad to explain what he was doing and thinks outside the box to ensure that the job is done. Look no further if you need a good reliable tradesman. I don’t usually write reviews but felt compelled to write one about Steve and the great experience i had IQ Plumbers.We had an issue with very slow drainage – will booked a first plumber (based locally in N London) who charged us full whack for a callout. He used a prod (no machinery) which actually made the blockage much worse, pushing the blockage further into the pipe. At this point the sink had now fully blocked up and was no longer flowing at all. The first plumber told us that the problem was so severe that he wasn’t able to do anything without breaking down the interior walls to gain access the and to the main pipes. He was quoting in the hundreds/ thousands. We were charged £100 for the benefit (for essentially nothing). We didn’t proceed because he entirely trustworthy but as non professionals we could not be sure. Needless to say the experience was very bad.I was searching for a second opinion including Pimlico plumbers who were charging a whopping £200 including VAT for a weekend call out by the hour. Other were charging around the £160 mark for a weekend call out. I then stumbled across Steve after seeing some positive reviews about his company on Google.I called him in the very early hours of the morning (sorry!) waking him up from sleep, despite this he was still more than helpful. He came the next morning, on time and worked his magic. He assessed the situation and used the least corrosive method to resolve the problem. He dealt with it speedily and did not have to resort to breaking down the interior walls as the previous plumber had suggested. It took him 2.40 hours to complete the job but only charged us for 2 hours. He explained step by step what he was doing and had all the appropriate machinery and gear (which the first one didn’t). He even spent the last 10 minutes cleaning up for us and checking/ fixing loose connections free of charge after he had packed up all of his gear.I would definitely recommend Steve if you are looking for a good, honest, reliable plumber with very reasonable prices. He did everything thoroughly, and the drainage has been better than it ever has been. Thanks Steve!! If you’re unsure then let this review fill you with confidence. Would definitely use in the future and is highly recommended.

I had a leak in my bathroom and needed some new taps fitting. I got a few quotes and was starting to panic at the prices but then I got my quote from Steve. It was reasonable, outlined exactly where the money was being spent, and he didn't try to jack up the price by using terms I didn't really understand. He found a suitable tap that was within my budget and didn't inflate the price.I then had a washing machine hose leak and he replaced that for me. He was friendly, explained exactly what he was doing, answered my stupid questions and even got some bulbs out of high light fitting for me.As a twenty-something year old woman who is clearly clueless about plumbing, it is easy to get ripped off but I feel confident Steve isn't doing that. I've recommended him to my neighbour and will definitely use IQ Plumbers next time I have a plumbing problem.
