Absolutely amazing service. My little pup needed a place to stay overnight and she explained every easily and quickly. My pup fit in so good, and she did amazing keeping me up to date throughout the day with pictures as well as how she was doing. Would definitely go back!

My dog is an anxious girl and shy so kennels were a no no. Becky's set up is home from home and she cares for your pups like they are her own. I know my dog is in safe hands and i dont need to worry, especially as Becky provides updates throughout their stay to give you peace of mind. Playful Paws Birmingham is 5* very professional yet super friendly. I would 100% recommend. Becky is also the loveliest of people!

Playful Paws offer a fantastic service, they are very professional and genuinely care about your pets! My Dachshund has stayed over multiple times and always has lots of fun in a safe environment. Becky is great at updating with pictures so you feel at ease. Can’t recommend Playful Paws enough!

Becky was wonderful with my poodle- Pretzel. She kept me upto date with all his pictures and video clips while we were away. She cared for him just like I do. He was a very happy boy after his stay at Playful Paws. Excellent service and I would highly recommend. Thank you Becky.

Becky creates a home from home when looking after your doggo, whether it’s for a day visit or overnight stay- which we’ve done both. Frankie fitted in so quickly and didn’t seem remotely bothered at us leaving. I love that Becky constantly keeps us informed of how Frankie is getting on with messages, photos and videos. Seeing Frankie stretched out, relaxed and asleep on the couch was all I needed to see to know she felt happy and content there and can you ask for anymore than that! Leaving your dog can be quite stressful but knowing she’s in such capable hands and is being looked after to the highest standard is priceless.
