Akshay Pancholi is a professional and approachable recruitment consultant at Venquis, who helped me to secure my current role. He provided great comms throughout the process, and was a pleasure to work with.

I have been reached out by Venquis and started my new job via them 3 weeks ago. The person who i was dealing with was Connor who is really nice, helpful and supportive person. He did stay in touch with me during recruitment process and after i started the new job, which was really long, because i had 3 months notice period in my previous job. He did check on me even when he didn't have to and asked questions which i founded really nice of him. I will recommend them to my friends and family in the future.

Aside from some good people that I worked with I Would not recommend Venquis they have a few good reviews but that doesn’t show them going through an extensive amount of employees and training new ones in a failed system which makes you not valuable when it’s comes to redundancies. They will press you to do mandatory overtime unpaid my I add. I was told I was on track to do great things at Venquis until they wiped half the team out mostly of new people yet the old ones who cemented the poor way of working stay.

Shady business that phoned my private number (which is not listed online) and put me on a mailing list which I did not give them my email address for nor did I consent to it. Gross violations of GDPR and local law.
