Sellier Knightsbridge

I recently received excellent service from Selier in Knightsbridge. They sold 3 of my Hermes bags within 48 hours and the 4th within 2 weeks. They do take a decent commission but I personally felt they deserved it.

Can’t praise Sellier highly enough. I sent pictures of our Hermes Constance bag via WhatsApp and got a price we were happy with before going to London to drop off at the store.Store was great - dropped bag off in Knightsbridge and was all completed in 10 mins.Checked website 6 hours later and to our great surprise the bag had sold !!! Called shop and they confirmed the same.Payment was potentially to be paid within 7 days but it was in my bank in just over 36 hours from dropping the bag off !!!Just amazing service and my emails were answered within an hour when asking questions.Cannot recommend them highly enough - bottom line is the bags are competitively priced which means they will sell quickly. What’s the point in pricing high just to sit there.Anyway it’s AAAAAAAA+++++++ from my wife and I on the Sellier service. Thank you.

Could not fault the team at Sellier! I had previously purchased an item from Monaco and they were so helpful and really made me feel so comfortable. I then messaged the Instagram page and received such a quick reply regarding selling some items. I took them to the shop and was greeted amazingly. My items were looked over and sorted within minutes. They gave me such a reasonable price but also gave me choices that would best suit my needs. Within 24hrs 2/3 items were sold and I was informed immediately. I am so happy with how they have dealt with myself and valued me as a customer. Both selling and buying process was amazing

The most rude, patronising, unprofessional company!Ordered a bag which arrived faulty with a broken turn lock, reported this within 48 hours. After much back and forth (and sassiness from whomever deals with their email correspondence!) a refund was agreed. Returned the bag in all original packaging with broken turn lock, at my own expense, and was told the turn lock was not in the box and that I had broken the bag.Nearly 6 weeks later, I finally have a refund.Would never buy/sell with Sellier again!

Unprofessional, Rude, Amateur.I had a bag that I wanted to sell, and I got a consignment offer from Handbag Clinic of double what Sellier quoted me. The correspondences were also pathetic - I had to email over and over again to get a follow-up, as they forgot to respond back many times.The staff in the Knightsbridge store were incredibly rude; it seemed as if they didn't want to be there, ignored me many times, and were sulking. I don't see the possibility of how such an unprofessional business could have longevity. Disappointing.

A delightful experience from start to finish. I cannot recommend Sellier enough. I have both bought and sold with them and been 100% satisfied every time. The shop is beautiful and has some truly wonderful treasures in it. The staff are so lovely and gracious and never pushy. If you are looking for something unique and special make Sellier your first port of call.

I have consigned with Sellier Knightsbridge twice now, and what a seamless experience! The process for consignment is so easy, their offers are reasonable, and when your item gets sold, their payment process only takes a day or two. Excellent communication, and their team is always welcoming when you visit them at their shop. Thank you!

Didn’t have the best experience in store . Staff was not welcoming at all and the vibe of the store was unsettling. Was so excited to visit but the staff needs a class on how to treat customers.
