A very tidy store considering the size. Customer service was excellent and very approachable. I would definitely visit again.

The staff are quiet rude at this store don't even bother saying excuse me just budge into you and tutt as they walked away! They never have the newest stock in and if they do they only ever have the smallest sizes! Thatd with most items to not just the new ones. They also have ripped the price or recovered the price on nearly all items and even some haven't bothered to even do that they just over charge you instead. You better also check your receipt before you leave as they don't bother to check for their own sale tags so you will be charged full price! Just avoid this shop the Winchester one was worlds better!

This store has lots of choice. Well laid out. Men's clothing is located downstairs on bottom floor. Normally always a queue to pay but that's due to the popularity of the shop. Best time to go is between 7pm and 8pm which is when less people are in the shop so less likely to have to queue when it comes to paying.

excellent selection of designs, definitely a good competition for high street brands and designer brands at a much higher price. Come and have a browse, probably mid week is less busy as queues at the tills can get a bit long.

I love shopping at Primark but it can be so frustrating when popular sizes are always out of stock. It's like they don't understand how to stock according to their sales. The boys section has always been like an afterthought, small and not much to choose from whereas the girls section is almost half of the shop floor.

I love Primark! I won't miss a chance checking what's new in Primark each time I go to town. For this season, they have a lot to offer in home decors that it made me buy a few of their candles and reed diffusers. hehe

The store itself it’s good. However the customer service on the till on middle floor was absolutely shocking. If I could give 0 stars I would but unfortunately thats not an option. The ladies were sooooo busy having a chat they couldn’t even say hello when started serving, not to mention I didn’t get asked if I wanted a bag, not one thank you or nothing! Clear talking about their day is more important than their jobs…. I honestly thought what I experienced today at those till was rude, unprofessional and frankly unacceptable. The management need to have a serious word and remind them that they are at work not at an afternoon tea. Shout out to operator 03518678 and 10171294 for being awful at their job. Ridiculous….

A great, sensibly priced shop for your every day essentials. Love their jeans, but for goodness sake, make women's jeans with proper pockets!
