Every time I ring up early or go in early to make sure I have an appointment they always say they don’t have any appointments left! My 5 month hasBronchiolitis and is struggling with her cough I always mention it’s a baby that needs the appointment but they always say they have no appointments left even though I called early. It’s either they say there are no appointments left or they recommend me to go to a walking centre that’s far away from me or a&e. my baby is struggling so bad that we had to go to a&e because we was waiting days for appointment. The doctor told us that she has bronchiolitis at the hospital and that he recommended that we get a check up at the doctors. But we can’t because they never have any appointments left apparently! I got so desperate that I’m taking my baby daily to see a pharmacistBut they always tell me to take her to doctors!! I need a proper check up for my I’ll baby

Absolutely joke of a doctors surgery twice been to the chemist for daughters prescription. Second time after ringing to check still not there. Was told day before it would be rang on the day to be told no there isn't one for her. My experience with 1 doctor was rude and no empathy. Definitely will be moving as soon as possible. There need a wake up call. Never experienced so much rudeness in a Trust environment

Having been on hold for nearly hour to then get through to be cut off I understand things happen but could at least rang back to was nt waiting again appalling

Terrible practice with GPs that lie and have serious attitude problems.Won’t name any names, but if you are registered here then you will know what I mean.Multiple mistakes with prescriptions.The list goes on so I will stop here. Most other issues are listed in other people’s reviews of the practice.

Terrible practice. The doctors are rude and incompetent. The receptionist staff are ruder still and incredibly lazy. I was sat in the surgery once, an I saw 8 female staff crowded round, and working together on putting one desk together for an hour instead of doing any actual work. An you wonder why you can't call through for an hour at a time?

Waiting for an appointment from 8am being 22nd in the queue it's not possible to get a visit, then going before 1pm to make a appointment face to face and you can hear only 6 appointments and they're gone.. I think it's time to find an other reliable medical practice..Few days ago I was 29th, other day 21st in the queue so it's no chance to get an appointment.....doesn't matter what day or time you're trying to call ...

Rang for a drs appointment for my daughter, bang on 8am. Literally counted down the seconds and ended up 20th in the queue. How? It's now 9.26am and I'm still in that same queue as 7th. If that's not a sign that more staff is needed at this surgery then I don't know what is....COVID can't be blamed for these rediculous wait times. I'd book online but I'm locked out of my account and the surgery couldn't get me back on, so I've given up. Save you're time and walk in to book.

Apsolute joke trying to get a doctors appointment, you will be on hold for atleast an hour if not longer, then to be told they don't have any available and ring back later. If they do have any appointments it's atleast a week later and just a phone call and they don't give you a time for you're phone call so you miss it anyway. I've had 2 appointments at this surgery and both times they we're over 20 minutes late and didn't feel the need to apologise. 1 of the doctors didn't even ask me what the problem was or any questions at all, did not care in the slightest!
