This is how a bike shop should be run and organised.If you haven't visited - even if you don't want to immediately buy a bike - I'd highly recommend it.(Also serve best coffee in Dorking)Great place !

Fantastic cycling shop with friendly and personable service.The owner is fantastic. Very knowledgeable about all things bikes and gives some great advice. He makes the whole experience very personable.The shop is extremely well stocked with very nice cycling gear. Highly recommended to anyone interested in bikes!

They don’t make them like this anymore!I have had lots of experience over the years of all types of bike shops and I didn’t think my favourite could be beaten but I think Cycle Collective has topped the chart for me!Stef has been absolutely magic in helping me build my bike, he is extremely knowledgeable, patient and professional, all the things you want when building a bike from scratch.Customer for life who will highly recommend.

Stefan, the owner, is really knowledgeable and helpful in selecting my next hybrid bike which is so retro with the unique colour changing frame and reflective iridescent bag. Great for country cycling day or night. I just love it!I also tried some iced tonic coffee and energy bar whilst there. Very refreshing and tasty.I would highly recommend you stop by to have a look and taste.

Popped into the Cycle Collective and Stefan couldnt have been more helpful. He spent a long time going over bike options with me and was genuinely passionate about finding the right bike for my needs. He also sorted out a minor issue with my beloved Hammer Head Karoo 2. I have been hugely impressed and he has some gorgeous bikes and other bits in stock. Would absolutely recommend.

Great to come all the way from Australia and meet Stefan who puts his customers first. He serviced my bike and charged me for only what I needed. It would have been easy to take advantage of me as I was not a local but instead he took great care of me and my bike. I loved the coffee and friendly atmosphere.I will be back next year as I have found someone I trust and who does not talk down to me which is refreshing.May even buy a bike from him too as I know he will find the perfect fit for me.

Took an incredible ride up Leith Hill. Punctured in the way back and not knowing the area, we needed a 'hail Mary'.Enter Stefan and his team at The Cycle Collective.Excellent service, and we got safely back to Kingston.It may be a 40 minute drive for us, BUT, it will be the bike shop we use from now on.Thank you Stefan and team. You rock!!!!

One of the best Bike shops around - Stefan was so helpful with my bike when I had a mechanical issue with it ( we only where going to have a coffee and cake ) definitely a regular Sunday pit stop for us - I know where I’m getting my next bike from 10/10

Absolutely amazing experience from initial enquiry to finally receiving my built bike. Stefan was incredibly patient with me and guided me to the perfect bike which met my criteria and budget. Would happily recommend The Cycle Collective to anyone after a new bike or needing bike servicing/upgrades. They also have a lovely cafe area with great cinnamon buns!

Stefan and the team were fantastically helpful. Pulled in for some pitstop maintenance with a slow puncture that had been troublesome. They picked up immediately on a few other issues. Had a coffee in the short time it took to fix - good coffee and cakes. The stock of bikes looked fab. Great place.
