Had a great experience here and Louise was lovely. I found the perfect dress and felt like a princess on my wedding day. Couldn't recommend 'I do bridal' more they were really helpful and put me at ease.

I went to go and get 5 wedding suits about 4 months before my wedding. I thought that going to an independant retailer, i would get better service and i would be helping a local business. They didn't arrive all arrive until 4 days before the wedding. I have a large neck size but not a corresponding size waist or chest, needless to say the shirt that they supplied i could have gone camping with! There suggestion, go and find one from a different shop (at my own expense).I wouldn't have minded if i wasn't paying a huge amount, but they were quite expensive suits.I really wouldn't recommend going to this shop. I really wish i had gone elsewhere.

I purchased my wedding dress from Louise at I Do in Cockermouth.I can honestly say that Louise is one of the friendliest people I have ever met.She made sure that I felt comfortable trying on all sorts of dresses, even the ones I didn’t think would look good, and was honest with how I looked.She kept my dress safe throughout the global pandemic and multiple dates that we had, then ensured the dress was steamed and ready when the big day finally arrived.Would 100% recommend I Do for all your wedding dress needs!Thank you so much Louise

Disgraceful BehaviorI had arrived to the shop with my future mother in law and grandma. All we wanted to do was to browse through the dresses. We did not have an appointment and it was clearly written on the entrance that appointment was required for late evenings.On arrival to the shop the owner of the shop did not even move from the chair. Her body language was very negetive as if clearly not wanting to waste time by speaking to us and wanting us to leave.We were pretty much asked to leave as they were expecting their next appointment.I personally felt that the kind of humiliating behavior shown was due to seeing an Asian bride. I personally felt demeaned , humiliated and looked down upon.I would never recommend this shop for anyone from an ethnic background foe sure.

Amazing service. I was made to feel so special and accommodated... Their patience with my inability to make a decision was admirable! But in the end the perfect dress was found and there were tears all around. Can't wait for my special day.

It should have been me!
