The end product is exactly what we wanted. The communication and logistical side of things could do with some improvement though.

The vanity we ordered arrived weeks late after multiple calls,emails and the fourth date we had been given. It arrived with the drawers wrapped in cellophane, with scratched paintwork, broken support arm and a broken bracket in the unit. Throughout this transaction all I've heard is blaming others. This company is struggling to accept it's not up to scratch.There is no doubt the vanity would be beautiful if it was delivered in perfect condition. We didn't receive an upstand we had also ordered and had to debate this fact over several emails basically arguing we had received it. I notice they debate they are not in the wrong with other customers too. I'm sure they will do the same. I would be careful here if you are thinking of ordering. It's going to be frustrating!!

Our vanity unit has finally arrived and is lovely, but unfortunately the experience that came with is was very disappointing. When I'm paying so much for a product, I expect good communication/ customer service and that isn't what you'll get.I struggled on multiple occasions to get a response on questions. When I did get through I was told on multiple occasions someone would get back to me, they never did. Wrong drawings were sent through for my plumber to install pipes, luckily I noticed they were wrong and requested the correct ones before the plumber did any work.I paid £150 for quick delivery and was told the item would be delivered later than the quick delivery timings as that's when they were in the area. Item arrived damaged which wasn't Osprey's fault, but when I asked for my quick delivery money back I was told 'well it wasn't my fault'.I did get the extra money back in the end.The item was arranged for delivery again, I was told a date and arranged to be at home that day, then I received an email to say my item was on its way a day earlier. I called to say no one would be at the property to accept delivery as I had been told it would be the following day. No apology, the response was 'I don't know why you were ever told that day, because that was never the case'. Poor, poor customer service which needs severely improving.

No problem want so ever, came within the time frame stated, only commutation is a conformation email then nothing till the dispatch email, but unit was prefect and well packaged

Had our kitchen supplied and designed by Lucas from Osprey. Really great experience and quality

Very odd online customer service, put me off so won’t actually be making a purchase now
