Best cake shop in the town!The walnut coffee cake amazed me - perfect chunkiness and sweetness. The pistachio cake was also outstanding. Not to mention that the warm and nice service, you can’t miss this bakery!

Really nice!I arrived a little late on Saturday so there wasn't much left which bummed me out, but we really liked what we tried! It was fresh, obviously made on the day, tasty, not toooo sweet but could be less sweet, and all in all worth going out of your way to pop by and pick up some tasty treats!

Omg, this is my new favourite cake shop in Watford!!! The chocolate vanilla cake and the chocolate and rum cake are to die for - I had to stop myself from devouring both slices in 5 seconds!!!Highly recommend this place to any cake lovers

They have amazing cakes and pastes. I'm writing this review because I'm surprised how good they are. I recommend them because all the things looks like home made. The taste of everything which I tried is fresh and made with passion is a must to try.

Brilliant.They made me a “English” Black Forest Gateau style cake for a birthday.Going on reviews I got them to make it and I wasn’t disappointed.It’s was a surprise for my sister.Lovely filling, lots of fresh cream, cherries and chocolate sponge…. The frosting and finish were lovely.I haven’t had one for 20 plus years.It was a 7 inch cake and it was massive, for us well worth the money.I will let the pictures do the talking.My only comment to make it perfect for me would be that the sponge could have been moister with say Cherry syrup? This didn’t in any way affect the pleasure of eating this cake.As this is the ONLY independent bakery in Watford that I know, Go here for beautiful bespoke cakes you won’t be disappointed.Will use again in a heart beat.Thank you soo much Krantz Bakery.
