I have done a couple of forages with Christian. He makes them so fun and enjoyable and he encourages you to ask as many questions as you like and there is no question to small. His background as a chef really adds a dimension to the forage as he suggests ways in which you can prepare what you find. Absolutely fantastic and would highly recommend.

Had such a great experience on the introduction to foraging workshop. Despite being a very wet and miserable day seb’s passion for his craft carried us on. The soup and tea at the end was welcomed and very enjoyable. Thoroughly recommend. Thank you

Did a mushroom Forrage today. These two local brothers were great. They really, really know their stuff. So much knowledge, so much enthusiasm and obvious passion..topped by an amazing mushroom banquet at the end. This was so much more than I expected. Ca not recommend highly enough.

The coastal foraging with Sebastisn was fun, incredibly informative and simply a great afternoon out. Highly recommended, especially for this reasonable price.I am certainly going to attend other sessions too as time allows and see how or when I can get the grandchildren involved, too.

Had a fabulous day on a forage with Chris. Really informative and interesting. Followed by a demonstration in cooking edible plants and fungi which we got to taste and was delicious. I look forward to attending other forages with him in the future.

Had the best day identifying coastal herbs, plants & seaweed by the very knowledgeable Seb & Chris. Brilliant, informative & fun! Definitely recommend to those new to foraging especially :)
